worse than a college crash pad....peeling paint, poor lighting, filthy (email hidden)ve yourself the misery and stay anywhere else
Ok... this was not what we expected. The house seemed to be converted into a boarding house - there was no appearance that this was a residence we were staying in.
The room was spartan, to say the least. A bed with fairly dirty sheets, a busted chair, a busted desk and no curtains, just translucent blinds. Also there was a second duvet and duvet cover just lying in the middle of the room when we were shown to it.
The bathroom was fine, i guess, but I don't think I've ever stayed somewhere where toilet paper is considered something you supply yourself...
I have no idea if the person we booked with owns the house or is just listing it for someone else, but we saw no-one else in the house across the 3 days.
Not the experience I was hoping to get via an AirBnB booking, to be honest.
