From London, like eating great food, drinking, going out, visiting cultural spots, very interested in Architecture.
Well, here goes my first ever negative airBNB review.
From my public listing: "I am looking for quiet, clean and responsible guests. Your studio is private, but there are people who live above you. Basically, don't bring the party home."
Additionally, inside the studio, the House Rules are listed as quiet time after 11pm, absolutely no guests and to please be quiet when entering/exiting the studio.
Simran and her two travel companions flagrantly ignored the above considerations. They made a ton of noise, partying till well past 4am, and had random people over. In addition they were noisy enough entering and exiting the studio multiple times in the middle of the night that one of my next door neighbors commented on the noise.
The young married couple who I rent the above apartment to were kept up all night.
I would dissuade all airBNB hosts from booking Simran, due to her inability to keep true to a very basic verbal agreement.
Unfortunately, because of this experience I will no longer be renting to people on airBNB who have yet to be positively reviewed by a host.
