I work in the Financial District and am loving San Francisco. Travel often for work.

Kelly was extremely hospitable and informative. Her apartment is in the perfect location in the city, I highly recommend staying here. She is available via text for small things (leaving your beer growler in the apartment after checking out). The roof is absolutely amazing during sunset!
Nicely proportioned studio conveniently located within walking distance to many of the landmarks the city has to offer.
Kelly was really helpfull with everything, the apartment has everything you need and is located in the heart of Chinatown, walking distance from everything. In general we had a great experience.
My boyfriend and I had a great time in SF at Kelly's cute apartment. It's in a great location and was a really nice place to stay. Kelly was kind enough to leave a little homemade guidebook to give us a info on the city and how to get around. All in all a very pleasant visit.
Pros & Cons:
Location if perfect, on the edge of Chinatown.
Walking distance to anything and everyting in the city and wharf.
Tons of shops & restaurants round the corner.
Evenings is quiet in the area.
Appartment is made for short stayings, no balcony or sights.
A bit dark inside.
Kelly's apartment is a solid choice for a stay for a couple on a short vacation or anyone on a business trip. The location is ideal for both tourists and anyone needing to be in the Financial District for work. The apartment is right on the border of Chinatown, North Beach (5 minute walk), and the Financial District (5 minute walk) - perfect if you have to go to work in the morning, want to eat Chinese for dinner, and then hang out at a café or bar in North Beach in the evening. Kelly had her friend meet us with the keys when we arrived, and she was easy to get in touch with before and during the stay. She also let us check out late since there was no one staying the next day.
The apartment itself is functional, very minimalist. There's a bed, futon couch, desk, and giant TV. Not luxurious or a large living space, but fairly recently updated and put together well. If you're not planning to be in the apartment for much other than sleeping, it's a good choice. The wifi is fast and Kelly even has a printer to use. Note that the kitchen is missing a few basic items like a coffee maker and microwave, which would have made mornings a bit easier.
Our only issues related to the apartment were that the building itself was a bit loud (could hear everything in the hallways) and cleanliness. Thankfully, it was quiet at night, but everyone leaving for work in the morning will wake you up if you're a light sleeper (and want to sleep later). The apartment wasn't as clean as most other AirBnB places I've stayed (garbage still in trash cans, hair on the bathroom floor, etc.), but it wasn't a huge issue.
Overall, a good stay and I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a reasonably-priced, well-located, basic apartment for a short stay.
Parent note: This apartment would be appropriate for parents with non-mobile babies (bring your own baby bed), and families (4 people tops) with somewhat older kids (probably 6-8yrs+) who won't need lots of space or make too much noise.
We enjoyed our stay in this basic but clean and tidy apartment and the price made it excellent value. The bed was the most comfortable we found in our tour around California. The real selling point though is the location! Chinatown is literally on the doorstep and within 5 minutes walk you are in the heart of North Beach and 10 minutes to Market St. We would be happy to come back
Response from Kelly:
Thank you so much for feedback Andrew. I will definitely work that out.
We would stay here again the next time visiting SF. The apartment was clean and nicely set up for two people. The common areas of the building are a little run down, but the other tenants were very friendly and the location is good (right across the street from a small park and centrally located to many attractions). This studio is a good value.
Response from Kelly:
Thank you so much for feedback Vince. I will definitely work that out.
Bare-bones, but has everything you need, & well-equipped kitchen. In the heart of Chinatown.
Very nice apartment! Don't be fooled by the building exterior, the apartment is fresh, newly appointed and we relaxed so well. Good location where Chinatown and financial district meet. Good eats nearby.
Response from Kelly:
Thank you so much Steve :)
Kelly is a great guest. She is a very kind person who we would love to have back at our ranch. She communicats very well, she is self sufficient, and she left the place clean. I would highly recommend Kelly to stay at any airbnb location. She is a 10 our of 10 stars.
Kelly is incredible - she was the student body president of my university. She's very savvy, and landed a great job out here in the Valley. I don't get to see her anymore because she works so much :p
I'd let her stay at my residence with absolutely no worries what so ever.
