My husband, Konstantine and I are very meticulous about how we arrange our home. We enjoy minimalist surrounding with warm touches. Modern design is often bereft of that feeling that you actually want to sink into. We create environments that make you feel immediately comfortable.
Our priorities in selecting environments are as follows:
1. Light and Sun
2. Modern Design
3. Quietude--as musicians, we are sensitive to even the most subtle of noise.
4. Efficient use of space
5. Solid fixtures and doors
6. Inspiring places to create
Having spent 13 years as an internationally renowned owner of a floral design business, I spent 42 weeks out of each of those years creating instant environments for weddings (San Francisco, Napa and Sonoma Valley, Seattle), opera and symphony galas (San Francisco), fundraisers, galleries (Limn, Di Rosa Preserve, Linc) and even museums (SF MoMA).
My work has been featured in magazines and blogs including San Francisco Magazine, 7 x 7, Seattle Style, Better Homes & Gardens, Style Me Pretty, Little Black Book, The Knot (to name a few). Florist Review Magazine featured me as a designer to watch and Bella Online calls my work "Revolutionary". Why? Because I love what I do. I love the finishing touches, the details, I put myself in the shoes of the other person.
I am an artist, designer, photographer and musician with three cd albums to my credit (two with my husband).
