My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Anne's "little house" in Paris over the holidays. It is in a nice neighborhood outside of the central city, so it was quieter there. It is very conveniently located close to a metro stop, and there was a wonderful bakery on our walk to the metro where we stopped for baguettes and croissants. The size of the house was fine for our family of five, with two bedrooms (one is in the basement and the other is upstairs) and two full bathrooms. The spiral staircase to the upstairs level is a bit difficult to negotiate though. There is also a pull-out bed upstairs and another on the main/entry level. I needed to call Anne once about a blown fuse while we were there, and even though this was over the holidays, Anne answered immediately and walked us through the process to restore the electricity on the spot.
A casinha é bem decorada e aconchegante, acomoda perfeitamente 5 pessoas.
The reservation was canceled 5 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
cette petite maison est bien cachée au fond d'une cours;
The Anne apartment is nice and clean, its located in a excellent paris place, one block from the subway station. The only comment negative that we have is regarding with the matters both in the basement and in the second floor, they are all and no comfortable. I suggest that Anne has to change the sofa.
A very cute and cozy home about 20 minutes from the busy centre of Paris, convenient on the metro (about 3 minute walk). We loved the little neighbourhood with a delicious patisserie, many restaurants and a Carrefour Express all within 5 minutes walking. It was a haven from the crowds in central Paris- we came back each evening to the treed courtyard and comfy house. We were two families (one with one child, the other with 2 children) and the space worked very well. It gave us just the flexibility we needed to enjoy our 5 days in Paris. Thanks Anne!
That really was a splendid holiday. We loved the little flat - much room for 5 (parents and 3 children). There is all at hand what you may need for a short stay - perfect kitchen. Nice living room. We parents loved the good music CDs (classic, jazz), teh kids loved the free WLAN :-). Really(!!) good beds - not those hammocks. We really slept very well all the nights, as well because it's really quite in the backyard. When you are looking into the green inner courtyard, you feel restful and you don't think you are in the heart of Paris. Ok - it's the pre-chamber of the heart :-). But it's near enough. You have only 5 minutes to walk to the metro - which will you lead you on to all the sights. The metro line 4 crosses ALL the other lines (perfect for kids going "lost" - they can catch ANY tram and surely will cross the line which will bring them "home" to Anne's flat. Very calming for parents and kids. Thankfully we didn't need to take this option...). Some 7-8 minutes away there is a Carrefour supermarket (Rue Friant in direction of Alésia), which is opened all the day including Sundays. We recommend to park (if you arrive by car) in one of the covered car parks (we chose the one in Avenue du Maine). We surely will come back to Paris and if it is possible we will stay in Anne's perfect flat again! (Additional: If there were any questions: Anne is not on site, but her daughter is living next door. So you will get help if you need it and you are not disturbed if you don't want to. That was a very nice contact as well - like the contact beforehand with Anne via email). In general, it a very relaxed quarter - many students around here. We enjoyed it very much. Thanks, Anne!!
Thank you very much Peter, happy to see you appreciate my home, I (website hidden)...... and very happy to live there during the winter.....
