davvero tutto è stato perfetto: l'accoglianza è stata buona, il quartiere è tranquillo ed è vicino di tutto il necessario. Grazie mille.....
The best thing is price :) The flat is ok, but a bit dirty. There was hot water in the shower, in the kitchen — fridge, microwave, washing mashine, all the most necessary things. But no towels, so you`d better take one with you.
The place is in one hour walking from the historical centre and the railway station. Pretty far, but you can take a bus. A supermarket is near, a small shop, pharmacy and bulangerie. 5-10 minutes walking to the beach.
There was living two guys in two different rooms, they were nice but I almast never saw them.
I wouldn`t recommend this flat for those who are keen on cleanliness or who want to live in the centre. The rest of conditions are pretty good, taking into account the price :)
El apartamento cumplió con lo esperado. Estuvimos muy a gusto.
Nice man and good space. It was a good experience.
First of all, this was my worst airbnb experience.
The phone contact with Thierry was quick and efficient. He gave me the phone number of one of three guys living in the apartment, Eddi. Thierry himself doesn`t live there.
Eddy showed me the room. I asked if the sheets were clean. "Yes, I cleaned it just now fresh"- answered Eddi with a broad shiny smile. After he left, I looked under the blanket: full of sand and short dark curly hair. Pretty disgusting. I called Thierry and he promised me to take care of it. When I returned in the evening, there were the same sheets just with less sand and hair. I approached Eddi. Eddy said: "me, not lying! Before you, only two men and only two night sleep here, it's clean!"
At the end I had to sleep in that bed - god, so disgusting! :( :( :(
There was no lamp from the foto.
Even no pillows on the bed! And the bed itself is ridiculously hard in some spots.
No soap, no toilet paper - obviously those friendly emigrants from middle east believe hygiene is overestimated.
No hot water in the shower, elevator was mostly not working.
The room is extremely noisy even with closed windows.
No washing machine, no kettle, no fans from previous guests.
The internet was working.
The environment is extremely and annoying women-friendly, you know what I mean.
People, 22€ for THIS room?! 6-8€ would be ok. Better put some more Euros and get a decent place. Shame that on urban there are such "Hosts". I felt robbed. I felt completely disrespected. I left the next day, having agreed with Thierry to cancel the other night. Until now got no money back.
Logement sympa dans un quartier calme situé juste à coté des jardins de la fontaine ou se déroulait chaque soir de la semaine du 15 un magnifique spectable de la Féerie des eaux.
Thierry sympa et disponible.
Nice host and close to super matket .A little hot for us.
It is a lovely balcony for those who come to Nice. Perhaps, kitchen, toilet and shower in the apartment a little in need of repair. But if you only spend the night in your room, and most of the time spend on the beach or in the old town - it's a good place to stay. 15 minute walk to the free beach, 40 minutes walk - to the historic city center. There are several buses, easy access to the station. Around the corner - an excellent bakery, a supermarket close by as well. I was happy to stay in the Thierry's house !
We never got to meet Thierry. The entire appartment was VERY dirty, and the room was not ready for our arrival, as the boy who lived there had clothes and other stuff lying everywhere. The bathroom was so disgusting that we did not shower during the whole stay.
It is a really nice and comfortable place very close to the beach. Beutiful view from the window and very nice roommates! Also there is a cute little bakery right next to the house who make good baguettes and tartes. Trainstation and Airport are both very close from the house. Definately a good place to go in Nice!
