Great experience, will rent again
The situation with Tom worked beautifully for me. It was within walking g distance from where my daughter was staying with her friends. Tom was very friendly and welcoming. He even provided coffee in the morning. And best of all he had the same kind of pillow I use at home. Oh, a d he offered the use of his washer and dryer
Tom has a nice place and I enjoyed the room. The exterior of rhe house is being painted and should be very nice when done. There are just a few steps to reach the first floor but the room is on the first floor. That is really nice.
Parking is limited but even when I had to park three blocks away, the walk was pretty easy.
It only took me about 20 minutes to drive to downtown at 7:30. Don't know if that was typical or just lucky.
Tom is a very nice fellow and I enjoyed talking with him. I intend to stay with him in the future.
Tom was an excellent host - as my fiance and I needed a temporary place to stay since we just moved to San Francisco. Tom has an awesome house in a beautiful area that he shared with my fiance and I (and our two small dogs) for a week. His house is very clean and well kept with all the amenities available (including washer dryer !!). The bedroom was perfect for us and the bed very comfortable - we slept sound each night. In fact we loved the area so much that we actually found an apartment nearby. I definitely recommend Toms airbnb to anyone visiting SF and look forward to seeing Tom around town sometime!
While my interaction with Tom was limited, he was very nice and responded quickly to inquiries. Location was good, there was street parking but a bit difficult to find if you arrive later at night.
Great host. Tom even offered me dinner the 1st night I was there.
Photos are very accurate, except host Tom was NOT wearing the hat/shirt combo he has on in his profile photo. He was very friendly and easy going, my experience was the definition of air bnb, someone casually staying at someone's house as if they were a friend of a friend. Really really nice.
Neighborhood is very quiet, clean, hilly, family friendly, and Tom's house is a flat 20 minute walk to the BART metro stop, and 10 minutes from the main neighborhood drag with grocery store, eateries etc.
Tom made us feel very welcome...he opened his home to us. Everything was great! The bed was so comfortable, the house was cozy, and the neighborhood perfect! We would stay again, and hope to do so soon!
Great space, comfy beds, plush couches, super easy check-in and check-out. Warning that the house is on a very steep hill, so don't wear heels if you're driving! The place was a little musty when we first got there, but we just opened the windows and it aired out quickly. Highly recommended!
Tom was great! His pad was perfect for my needs. Accommodating, clean, cute and had everything you would need including WiFi! He is very responsive via text and airbnb messaging. Thanks again!

Tom was a really nice guest!!
I would host him again and recommend him 100%
