We had a great experience! Our host met us to give us the keys and answer any questions we had. Condo was very nice and a great location! Walking distance to great restaurants and a short drive to the coliseum!!
She was a perfect gift! The place was extremely clean when I got home and she communicated very clearly if you're out. I would love to host her again.
Guest had few complaints! Felt welcome and was in a good location.
Jarrod was a very welcoming host. The spot was as advertised and he made sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything during our stay. Nice apartment, convenient location and well kept.
Jarrod is wonderfully warm and kind and generous. The apartment was just the right fit. The neighborhood is conveniently located (with lots and lots of great stuff around) and feels safe. The place itself is perfectly comfortable and well equipped. We had a great experience and are grateful for having found it. Jarrod is a terrific host.
I like this place. Have stayed here more than once and will do so again. Jarrod is very responsive and will go out of his way to get things set for you.
Positives: The place is in a decent location, not walking distance, but driving. Jarrod is prompt in his responses; I received an email and text message within five minutes after my request.
Negatives: The place smells terrible, you will notice it when you first walk-in. If you are going to stay here, bring some air freshener, no matter how much I sprayed, I couldn't get rid of the smell for longer than a couple of hours.
The bathtub had hair in it, and there was a very large roach in the cabinet. I only saw one, but I'm sure there were more. The refrigerator was extremely dirty; to the point where I felt uncomfortable putting my food in it. I tied my food up in plastic bags before placing them in the refrigerator.
I tried to use the sink to wash my plates. I turned it on and it started spraying all over the place, I pulled the nozzle down to stop the water from going everywhere and it came off, the place is falling apart.
The walls are very thin. If someone is playing music, you will definitely here it clearly. I can tune out anything, so it wasn't that much of a problem for me. The trash was filled to the very top, it literally looked as if he had just left his apartment and forgot to take out the trash.
In all honesty, I would avoid staying here if possible. If you desperately need a place to crash for a night, this will work; but the smell and roaches alone will keep me from returning here.
Jarrod was very easy to communicate with and made the process a breeze. His apartment was overall clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a Walgreens, a few minutes drive to several nice cafes and restaurants. Apt walls are thin, but did not disturb us during sleep. Great centralized location for us!
I would recommend this apt for good location, cleanliness and ease of communication.
Recommended. Nice apartment, though the owner could have been more prompt with emailing.
This was a nice enough place. Right next to intramural fields and pretty easy to find. We just needed a place to crash for the night and it worked well for that.
Great apartment and very clean. Jarrod was helpful and very easy to arrange with. Would stay again!
Jarrod was great. They were only here for one night, but communication was great and our place was spotless when they left.
Great guests! Superb communication and cleanliness. Would welcome back anytime!
Jarrod communicated well and was very responsive. I didn't actually see him since he came In after I was in bed and left after me. I would definitely host him again.
