We stayed for 8 nights while we were on Sun & Bass festival this September. We loved the place, the room was absolutely clean, very spacious and had all what we needed.
Cristina was very kind and helpful, told us local places where we can go or eat local food and she was always around for help or advice.
The free bikes provided are absolute must since the place is little off San Teodoro - the La Cinta beach and Ambra Night are about 6-7 minutes away cycling.
Cristina also rented us a scooter, so we managed to check all the magnificent beaches and breathtaking scenery around San Teodoro - definitely a must do.
For those leaving early the bus stop is 30 meters away, so it is very easy to hop on the first bus to the airport at 5:30.
We will definitely come back.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week during Ferragosto, the busiest time of year in San Teodoro.
We loved the location, just far enough from the centre of town to enjoy quiet nights, close enough to comfortably walk. We loved having the free bikes to move around, especially to ride to the beach. The apartment itself was great, very clean, simple, all that we asked for. Breakfast to some may seem simple but was exactly what breakfast is in Italy. Cristina was fantastic, from helping us organise day trips to scooters and always checking in to make sure we were happy.
We would definitely recommend B&B Le Dune to our friends and would stay here again when we return to San Teodoro.
We stayed at La Dune for 8 nights in August. It was a lovely little place. Christina took pride in the cleanliness of the place. Our sheets and towels were changed twice over the week. She was always on hand when needed.
The bicycles with the room were definitely needed as it made the journey to the gorgeous beach La Cinta and the town centre a lot easier.
The B & B is above the family run car rental business and on quite a busy main road. Although we didn't find this a problem. We rented a scooter for the day which was very fun.
I would definitely recommend this place I stay. Christina and her family were fantastic and San Teodoro is beautiful with some amazing restaurants and sights. I would suggest either hiring a car or using the bicycles to get around as the town and beach are slightly to far to walk especially in the height of the Sardinian summer.
Cristina is a very fun and kind person who is always somewhere around the house and helps you with everything you need (e.g. free bikes to cycle to city center or beach "la Cinta").
Our apartment was hotel-like; a spacious room with a double bed, a clean bathroom with free towels that even get changed every couple of days and a big balcony.
All in all a good home base for doing excursions by car to for example the Costa Smeralda in the North or to the Gola di Gorropu in the South.
By the way, you should know that you will be living on top of a car rental place from the same owner as the apartments. This can be a bit noisy now and then, but also a huge advantage, if your car has a broken tire, which then will be fixed there in less than 10 minutes :)
We spent 6 nights at B&B Le Dune during the 3rd week of September. In terms of comfort and to be able to have a good rest there were no problems at all. Cristina was very helpful and is always keeping the all areas as clean as possible.
The place stands above the family garage´s business , just about on one of the main roads of San Teodoro, from where you can take directions to both north and south beaches. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, but it is useful if you manage to rent a car, as there are nice places to visit around the coast and to get to town centre.
We used the bicyles for free to get to town centre (1.5km) and to the nearest Beach , La Cinta (10 minutes).
Overall, good location if you plan to enjoy the east coast of Sardegna, very clean and comfortable.
Basic and clean, but quite small and poorly decorated room on the top of a garage / car rental place. The B&B is located outside of the city center (30min on foot or 10min by bike) on a busy street with quite some traffic. So, holiday-feeling doesn’t really come up. Anyway, San Teodoro is beautiful and Cristina was friendly and provided us with free bikes. The breakfast is basic, but nothing special. Please note, that the price indicated on AIR BNB isn’t precise, we had to pay an additional 10-20 Euro per night. Cristina informed us about that in advance via mail. All in all, Cristina’s B&B is a good place while driving through, but not to spend your entire holiday there
We were 5 friends, who wanted to have a relaxing and funny holiday. And it certainly was! We had a great stay at Christina's guest house. very clean, very helpful and friendly! It has everything you needed and nothing to bother. It was quite useful to be able to rent cars, scooters or bicycles nearby. Thanks to the Supermarket around the corner and to our room with the beautiful and big balcony, we had a great brunch almost every day.
I can only recommend this family-business place!
But don't forget it's not directly at the sea, but with bikes only few minutes away - actually it's quite a fun to go there by bike!!
Great guest. They communicated well and were a pleasure to host. They took care of the apartment like it was their own and we would welcome them back anytime!
