I'm from Omaha, Nebraska. I attend the University of Nebraska's Architectural program. I am studying to be a Landscape Architecture. I live with my boyfriend and we both love downtown Omaha!
Great location. Walking distance to downtown. Easy access to all highways. Great apartment, tons of space. Great Gym. Free parking. Definitely stay there again.
Great apartment and location. Stayed during 2013 CWS and hosts were very helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with the surroundings.
The apartment was excellent and since my wife and I were there for the College World Series baseball games, the location and included parking could not have been better!
Heather was very helpful coordinating all phases of the transaction - excellent and fast communications before and well thought out meeting to show apartment and parking and get keys, etc. - which, with the College World Series activities going on just a block away, was no simple task! So, WELL DONE on all fronts!
This apartment is very comfortable. It's located in a refurbished factory in an Omaha neighborhood that's seeing a lot of amazing growth. Several coffee shops, restaurants, and theaters are nearby. I attended a conference at Creighton University and found the ten minute walk easy. Downtown and the Old Market are about a fifteen minute walk away, but a taxi is only a few dollars. If you stay here, you are living in a great developing neighborhood (try Blue Line Coffee) in a clean, well-maintained building. I loved the fitness room and the rooftop terrace. The apartment has a beautiful balcony with a lovely view of north downtown. If you are visiting for the NCAA baseball championship, you won't find a better (fair price) place closer to the park.
The hosts, Heather and Rick, were wonderful! They were very generous on so many levels. They made my Omaha business trip a great success. I look forward to staying here again. You will too.
Great place, lots of amenities, great access to downtown. Also very quiet given the location.
