Stacey was extremely helpful and gave us all the info we needed. The loft is STUNNING without a doubt the nicest place I have ever stayed. The flat is in a great neighbourhood with tons of great bars and restaurants near by. There are also bus and subway stations so you are well appointed to explore other districts of the city.
I cannot recommend this loft highly enough, it is cool, opulent and homely - we're already scheming our Next trip to philly so we can stay there again.
Stacey's loft was truly perfect. We were a group of 6, had plenty of room, and couldn't have asked for a better space to spend Memorial Day weekend in. Stacey is thoughtful, detailed, and helps make your experience a unique one in the city's best neighborhood. The pictures do not come close to doing the place justice!
Wow! Just Wow! Stacey has created a work of art out of this space that is full of color, texture, light and all of the comforts of home perfectly located within blocks of world class dining, shopping, museums, and parks. We were there with our two small kiddos and walked everywhere, and even on a rainy day, we were able to have an excellent time trotting a few blocks over the Fireman's Hall Museum (highly recommend for Philly history of firefighting) followed by a super yummy lunch a few blocks away at The Continental. We slept like babes under warm down and woke up rested - nice mattresses = no pressure points. Everything you could possibly need has been thought out. Also, other kind guests had left behind cereals, eggs, and the best coffee from Old City Coffee and it was kind of cool to be part of this continuum of people lucky enough to have stayed here. Thank you Stacey for making this amazing space available and providing us with such a seamless experience. We had an unforgettable time and hope to return some day.
We had, I think, our best family trip ever in Philly this week and Stacey's loft played a significant part in our vacation's success. If you're thinking of a visit, it's be tough to find a nicer spot to stay than Stacey's place in Old City.
We had such an incredible experience, both dealing with Stacey and in the loft itself. She was always very responsive to any communication, and her directions were very clear and easy to follow.
The loft was exactly what we were looking for, and the only thing I would say is that it actually feels even bigger than the pictures make it look! It is ideally situated near all of the big historical sights (and easy access to the subway), and the restaurants and bars in Old City were great. I'll definitely be looking to stay here again if I'm back in Philly.
The Picasso Loft was perfect for our group of 6. The location was absolutely fantastic - couldn't have been better! We could walk almost anywhere we wanted to go and the bars and restaurants in the vicinity were all exceptional! Who would have thought that Philadelphia was so much fun!
Stacey was a great communicator and helped us with everything we asked of her. She had fantastic and accurate recommendations. We would highly recommend this spot and if we ever return to the area will stay again….for sure!
Dr. FitzSimmons was the perfect hostess. She work with my company and our unique needs to make sure everyone was taken care of during out stay. Her welcome guide should be a template for all AirBNB hosts. Everything was absolutely perfect. You really couldn't beat the location. We were in town for a business trip and 1/2 of the staff stayed here and the other 1/2 at a hotel. We used the kitchen to cook brunch for everyone and I'm jealous that I don't have a kitchen that nice to cook for my friends back home. If my company comes back to Philly again we are going to stay at the Picasso, no doubt about it.
Host was great. Everything was exactly as promised. Great location, beautiful view, easy communication. I highly recommend!
Stacey's place is beautiful. Stacey has been lovely to work with and very communicative. The place is massive, is a cool neighborhood. Stay here.
The Picasso loft was PERFECT! It's in the historic neighborhood - two blocks to the Liberty Bell and Independence Mall, walkable to anything downtown. We stayed there while attending a conference and was close enough to walk to the conference but far enough away that we were able to explore other neighborhoods beyond what just surrounds the conference center.
The loft was beautiful, secure, and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen - we didn't feel like we had to go out to eat every meal. Stacey provides everything you would need to cook there.
Stacey was quick to get back to me when I had questions and she gave us recommendations for places to eat. The loft has books and walking tour information about Philly. And the Independence Mall's Visitor Center two blocks away has maps and any more info you may need.
I was really pleased with the location - tons of coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, markets, bars, and history.
I HIGHLY recommend the loft!!!!!
Stacey and her husband only stayed with us for one night, but we did get to meet (which doesn't always happen). They were thoughtful, communicative, and great guests. I hope we get the privilege of meeting them again. Perhaps next year. GO ORIOLES!
