Hi I'm Rosana, I love life and I love Rome! Together with my two good friends Laura and Yuli we are taking care of our little gem here in Trastevere. We adore it very much, and hope you will, too.

Booking with Rosana was a pleasure! We were unlucky enough to be afflicted by a strike so our trip to Rome ended up taking 14 hours. Rosana stayed in touch the whole time and made sure we were picked up at the airport by her driver and made sure someone was waiting for us in the charming little apartment in Trastevere. The apartment is very authentic and feels old in a good way. It is romantic and well worn but in no way shoddy or unpleasant. Heating and hot water works well and the space has been utilised very sensibly without making it feel cramped. The little balcony from the bathroom is a pleasant surprise in the morning opening up to a classic Trastevere backyard view. The situation is perfect, short way to everything and intimate hubbub of Trastevere to flights of steps away. Rosana was a great source of information about we're to shop and eat.
we had a wonderful weekend at the little apartment in trastevere. I made dinner the first night, and the kitchen was perfect for it. everything was spotlessly clean, and we were greeted by one of the host's friend because she had fallen ill. we blew the fuze several times by accident because of international plugs, but once Rosana helped us out, we were set to go. Trastevere is an amazing neighborhood - so quaint in the day and very fun at night.
Rosana ha organizado nuestra estadia muy bien a pesar que ella estaba enferma. El departamento tiene muy buena hubicación y es acogedor. Me gustaría volver pero por mas tiempo. Muchas gracias.
I stayed here for a weekend with my boyfriend and Rosana's flat is absolutely lovely and very comfortable. It is right in the heart of Trastevere with the bustle of life outside and yet it's absolutely calm and quiet inside, with the views from the window opening into a typical Italian courtyard with roofs and neighbouring houses. It is very atmospheric. The flat looks just like in the photographs and has everything necessary. We can't comment on the kitchen as we didn't try to cook (and why would you want to, Trastevere has so many fabulous places to eat!). The power in the shower is very strong, although the water tank is not enormous, so be frugal with the hot water if several of you want to have a hot shower. The bed is large and comfortable and makes for a very cosy place to sleep. We didn't meet Rosana, but communiction with her was very smooth and she helped enormously with the logistics, accommodating our super-late arrival time and letting us leave our bags after checking out until we needed to go to the airport. She gave excellent instructions on how to get from the airport and supplied a driver to get us back there again, which saved a lot of hassle and was very appreciated. Do double-check the driver's fee, though, as we had a small discrepancy between what he was asking and what we had been quoted. The driver (Alfonso) was punctual and very good, though.
The flat, the neighbourhood and the host were all perfect. We had a lovely time - definitely recommended.
The neighbourhood was absolutely perfect, we were on a busy street for pedestrians with only the odd small car but as soon as you shut the front door there was barely any noise at all. There are lots of lovely bars, cafes and gelato places all around - very occasionally I could hear people outside when the bars shut at about 3am. I would also say that if you are going to stay in Rome then this is definitely the best place to be located - it has soul and is only a short walk from all the major tourists sights. Don't be put off by the graffiti on the door, it is fine inside!
I found it a bit odd that we never met the host, just someone who literally just pointed to the boiler and demonstrated switching it on. But we didn't have any major problems and we did have a mobile and email address to contact. The heating seemed to switch itself off a lot before we were actually warm, so if you are cold just keep checking on it and switching it back on again!
There is a hairdryer and extra blankets, disappointingly the wood fire mentioned doesn't come with any wood although we could sometimes smell wood-smoke from other flats in the building.
The fridge is big enough for two although I don't think anyone would actually use the tiny kitchen for cooking. It was nice to be able to have a cup of tea whenever though, and if we had wanted to have cold beers or wine.
The apartment is wonderful, located in a great part of Rome. The apartment is perfect, I could see myself living there!
The apartment and location were perfect. The apartment was exactly as described. It is also close to tons of good bars and restaurants. We never left the neighborhood in the evenings. Rosana was also wonderful. She arranged a pickup and dropoff at the airport and was very responsive to any and all questions. I would highly recommend staying here.
Rosana's place was delightful: cosy, full of character and in a superb Trastevere location. It's perfect for a romantic weekend for two. Unfortunately, we never met Rosana but communicated with her with ease. She arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport (very worthwhile and hassle-free) and take us to her place. I highly recommend the driver if you arrive at night as the flat isn't easy to find because the door to the building is very discrete and the streets in Trastevere are labyrinthine. I would definitely stay there again!
It was an amazing apartment with great amenities in a fantastic area. She was very accommodating and helpful with papers on where to go and where to eat!
