The entire flat was a great mess, rundown and VERY dirty. Dust, grime and things scattered all over the place. I certainly did not expect that such lodging existed in Singapore at all; least of all labelled as a "private space in luxury condo"...
The "private space" was minimal and became nonexistent after the curtain which was supposed to separate my space from the other part of the flat fell down. It was not properly attached to the wall and Zaki did not seriously tried to fix that. And the A/C was very, very weak.
The bed sheets were never changed during my stay (two weeks...)
And then the real disaster: very essential research material on a desk adjacent to my minimal sleeping quarters / bed (hard as a rock) were thrown away without asking me and with it several books purchased in Singapore, two memory cards, maps, a bus ticket to Kuala Lumpur and
a device for charging camera batteries. They were never found in spite of a very unpleasant searching in some trash container in the basement.
The strange thing is that Zaki kept away from the apartment after this had happened and just sent the Indian maid, who repeatedly said that Zaki had ordered her to throw my things away. I find his behaviour exceedingly irresponsible.
In sum: my stay at Zaki's place was most unpleasant and I lost i.a.
at least twenty research papers some of which are unpublished (with my notes representing at least five days of work) plus some other important belongings.
So do not even think about staying at this "luxury condo"! There are obviously many good alternatives in this fabulous city!

The aparment iis not very close to the central and other tourist areas of Singapore, but the MRT saves the day. It is very close to the MRT station Yew Tee (about a 3-5 minute walk; but clear directions from the station to the apartment would help enormously, especially noting the name of the condo, as getting to it is not obvious, with so many surrounding government apartment buidlings. Pluses include a 24-hour McDonalds and a wonderful foodcourt across from and at the station respectively.
Zaki was very helpful with regular correspendence, but it would have been nice to have had someone to either meet me or show me the ropes about the apartment. I had a helluva a time figuring out the lighting, especially for the "created space" where I dwelled, and the location of the bathroom. Speaking of which, the space within the apartment for guests may not be for everyone, as privacy is not guaranteed. However, with one of the host in America and the other one mostly out, it may not be an issue. The bathroom, once found, was spacious. And of course free Wifi and flexible check out are a major plus.
I finally met the cohost, who proved to be very friendly, highlighting the benefit of this type of lodging. I would stay here again, knowing what I know, but I would want to be informed of the type of details noted above if I were to stay in similar lodging.
Met a couple of like-minded people who respect each other. Weekdays wont see them much, but on weekends, they'll be there watching tv.
I had a good view of the pool from my window. Constantly windy hence laundry is a breeze.
Spend a month living but fee;s like a few days. Really enjoyed the hospitality. Finding food is convenient. Just have to get pass the condominium security guards who are not use to seeing new faces every now and then.
Had a great time staying at Zaki's place. Everything was as described and really comfortable. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.
Had a good stay here. Good facilities, close to MRT, Shops etc. Good vibe, good people. thank you. :)

My Stay in at Zaki's was comfortable and was surprised at the quality of the condo but indeed it is a Luxury Condo. The apartment is a bit messy cause the guys as they advertise are young entrepreneurs. The Mrt Station was a bit out of the way from the Center, but if you dont mind that I would highly recommend staying there.
Zaki was a great guest. Very communicative, and prompt with payment/responses. He left the house in great condition. Would definitely recommend him. He even left us a nice note when he checked out.
I have known Zaki for about a year now and by chance its always been in situations involving a lot of travel since he is based out of Singapore but visits San Francisco, where I live, frequently. I stayed at his place in Singapore when I was there on my way to India and loved it! He and his apartment mates are great hosts and are so tidy for a group of three guys. I am sure anyone renting their place on airbnb will have a great time because these guys are super entertaining. They even have a pet hamster called Jack Bauer. These people are a bunch of fun!
