We love traveling and meeting new people! We look forward to hosting you at our comfortable home!
This was my first time using airbnb and my stay was a very enjoyable one with Mireya.
Mireya and her husband were very accommodating - despite me arriving late it was no hassle. Mireya gave us a quick tour of the flat and a cup of tea to get to know her a bit better. The room we stayed in was good - clean and bright. For the two nights we stayed there we had a pleasant sleep and there were no problem with noise. Mireya was very flexible with check out time, we stayed until just after midday but there was never a sense of being rushed out.
Most importantly you have to remember it is someone else's flat and treat with respect - this is the reason airbnb is much cheaper than a hotel. Mireya and her husband treated us with great respect and it is important to treat them with the same courtesy.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience.
My stay at Miraya was fine. Mireya was really convenient with my arrival time. The room and the apartement were clean and fine. You may want to know that another room is to rent in her flat.
Bethnal Green is a nice place to stay if you want to stay in a "real" area of London. It's walkable distance from Shoreditch and easiyl reachable via the central line.
Response from Mireya:

Love staying at Mireya's, it's a very cozy place and near to the tube station, only 5mins walk.
I missed my train to go to Mireya's house and i need to take cab with my friend to reach her house, and it over midnite when i reached her house... the taxi driver couldnt find the road but then Mireya showed up to lead the taxi driver to her house, a very nice of her. She also will provide you with any information you need, all you need to do is just ask.
I supposed to stay in a small room but Mireya gave me her bigger room bcoz her small room is under renovation. The room just exactly shown in her page and the bathroom too...its all clean and very comfy...
My last day stayed in London i was got my phone snatched, and I ended up making report in police station, again Mireya is really nice, she's going to help me to check to the police station on my case updates.
I will stay at her place again when i'm visiting London.
Mireya is the definition of a great hostess. She was kind, friendly, welcoming, and eager to make my stay perfect. The room is beautiful, cool, well-painted and furnished, and right by the front door so you can come in and out without making noise. The bathroom is palatial and lovely. The whole place is full of joy, and is a perfect spot from which to explore the East End. It's about a 15 minute walk to Brick Lane.
absolutely lovely home and host! mya was kind enough to meet me at the tube near her house on the day i arrived. a much-appreciated touch as i'd trekked with my heavy luggage on the tube from the original hotel i was staying in and was exhausted and frustrated.
the room was cheery and bright, with plenty of closet space for the ridiculous amount of clothing i brought. the bed slept like a dream, and there was a window overlooking a little courtyard that was pleasant to wake up and fall asleep to each day of my stay.
the rest of the house was just as enjoyable. all over the house, there were little whimsical touches - mya's husband is quite the artist and has painted custom designs in the bath and kitchen. plus the ethnic knick-knacks and colorful tchotchkes always gave me something to smile about as i moved through the space.
had a bit of trouble connecting to the wireless with my laptop, but mya set me up on the computer in the room, and i was good to go!
the location was great! easy to get to everywhere in central london and a short walk to the bohemian shops and clubs plus all the bangla and indian restaurants of brick lane.
oh - and the neighborhood pub up the street (the salmon and ball) was a treat. a favorite hangout spot for locals who made this american traveler feel like one of the guys!
no doubt about it - when i return to london, i won't even bother looking for another place to stay. this is as good as it gets!
