In reference to the remaining comments: bad neighborhood, dirty flat, dirty neighborhood: we must say that it's the first time that these reviews pops up, usually most of guests have performed good reviews on the cleaning of the flat, also always good reviews of neighborhood and surroundings due to great quantity of amenities such as markets, malls, bars, restaurants, etc.
About your opinion of expensive flat's price, aproximately you paid 20€ per person and day; it’s to say that in the midst of august season in the metropolitan area of Barcelona, getting and stay in a penthouse with sunny terrace, WI-FI plus PC would be difficult paying less than 80€ per night.
