I am sorry and disappointed by your statements. However - as per our agreement you agreed to call or email me or my manager as soon as you checked in (within 2 hours). there was no call or email or text message for 24 hours. You only let me know of the issue next night (late after 1 full day at 10 Pm on Saturday when I could not do anything about it). When I offered to send my staff for remedy and proof you said you had already cleaned the toilet and when I asked for pictures or any other clue you said you did not have any picture. My staff said they had checked the home and it was all clean just prior to your arrival. Could it be that one of your 5 people used the bathroom and you all did not communicate. When my staff cleaned they clean the whole home.
regarding roaches - you and I talked and you agreed that in Florida these things are probably common. It is a tropical weather and some times small ant like bugs come in. We constantly spray and clean. you said you were not bothered by it.
I sent my manager but he could not meet you on 2 consecutive evenings - of course he would not go into the home without you being there.
regarding your comment about a old condo - this town house was furnished in 2013. All new TVs, new furniture. I agree a couple rugs may look worn out which I need to replace but have not been able to due to back to back guests.
I am amazed and disappointed by your review and also the fact that you did not give me a chance to fix the issue the time you saw it - but I do apologize for any convenience. This does not happen with our homes.
