I like guests who are open-minded, adventurous, interesting, do not mind cats and do not have to have sterile surrounding in the flat:) I prefer young people or young-spirit people - then the age does not matter at all!

Convenient metro station and lots of trams
Walking distance to many sites
Lucia was a very helpful and kind host
Plenty of small markets but the major grocery store was far away (not an issue for a short stay)
A pleasant stay perfect for backpackers or those staying for a short time.
Everything went very well. Lucia is a very sweet and nice person. The room was very cozy and nicely decorated. Also the cat and me soon became friends! Next time I will definately stay again at her place!
I stayed here for 6 nights and even though most of that time was spent working, I enjoyed it so much thanks to Lucia and her furry roommate Bari. Lucia was so supportive, kind, considerate, attentive yet respectful of my space and privacy (so was Bari, usually!). The flat isn't big, but the room is spacious with the creative flair that's Lucia's special style. Next door is also a great cafe serving delicious food and the beautiful Letna park is just a few metres away offering sweeping views of the city. The area is off the tourist map so you will feel like a local, and pay like a local, with everything you need close by. At the same time it's a cosmopolitan and lively area with many cafes and restaurants, Czech, Italian, Chinese... Trams and metro are also around the corner but the old town is also walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in a warm and creative home rather than a hotel or hostel.

I liked staying at Lucia a lot. She is very lovely and is very willing to give you the best advices on what to do in Prague. She gave the best advice ever: Alfons Mucha: the Slavic liturgy. Don´t miss it!
This was my first airbnb experience and I couldn't have been more pleased with Lucia and her apartment in Prague. It's a beautiful location with a fantastic beer garden overlooking the river just down the street. Lucia was easy to contact and gave very specific instructions on how to get to her apartment from the airport. Would recommend to anybody looking for a place to stay in Prague!
Lucia's apt is in a local neighbourhood within walking distance of Prague's main attractions. It has style, is clean and quiet, and my comfortable bed was within a spacious sunny room. Lucia is a genuine person who provided me with insider tips on Prague's art galleries, cafes, design shops and gardens. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend it to others.
This was my first AirBnB experience, and I would call it a complete success. The apartment is very artsy and kitschy - everywhere you look there is another little item of interest from an old fashioned bathing cap to a mannequin to her fish Antonia. I loved the area, it was so easy to get around - everything from the Zoo to the Castle to the historic squares is an easy journey, even for my direction impaired public transit abilities. Being from a large city I equated this neighborhood with the type of area I would want to live (rather than downtown in the middle of the tourism.) Lucia was such an amazingly gracious host, more like having a local friend than just someone letting a room - in fact, in my travels where I have stayed with friends they have not come close to her skill as a hostess. Her kitty Bari made the place so much more homey than a hotel, and I especially enjoyed how bright the room was (if it had blackout curtains I probably never would've gotten up!)
My main concern when I started looking was that I originally wanted to stay on my own, and having never used AirBnB I was worried it would be strange staying with someone I didn't know, dealing with things like house vs business WiFi capacity and using the communal bathrooms and kitchen. Other than the occasional very short wait time to use the bathroom (like with any roommate situation), all of these concerns were unfounded. The WiFi reception was great, and the communal rooms presented no problems. Midway through my trip I visited a friend who had opted to stay at a hotel, and I was so glad I had chosen to stay with Lucia. Not only was it a very nice price, she really gives you the star treatment with insider tips, local maps, and the best places to go given your time constraints.
I would say that if you are looking for a sterile hotel situation, where the space is truly yours, someone will clean your room each day and you will not have to interact with anyone, that this is not the place for you. This is a home, which is exactly what I wanted but I know some fussy travelers who might not be okay with it (in which case you should probably not be on AirBnB!)
I cannot gush enough on how lovely a host Lucia is and if I ever go back to Prague she will be top of my list to stay with.
Although we've just met the time we arrived we felt like she took care of everything. Her place was nice and we loved the bistro close to her apartement.
We were sorry that her cat wasn't there for the weekend but Antonia - the best fish we've ever seen was a great substitute. 3
We would definitly recommend her place!
Lucia was very friendly and helpful. I had a great time staying with her.
Lucia was a nice guest, a relaxed and pleasant girl with polite manners who doesn't mind sharing some words and time with others
Lucia Is a Nice and polite girl, she stayed at my place only one night, but I will recommend whit no hesitation.
Lucia is one of the best quests i ever had. We messaged each other quite a lot before her arrival and I was so curious to speak with her face to face. Despite the fact didnt meet for long i am happy to saw her and she made me realise, that such a nice people are on Airbnb network. Hope to see her once again in Prague.
Lucia was a great guest! I would always have her around again.
