We had a fine time at this charming flat in the 10th - clean and stylish and in a great, buzzing area. Great hosting too. Recommended.

I highly recommend staying here. The apartment was a perfect base for our short vacation around New Years Eve. We are a family of 5 with kids aged 17, 15 and 7. Appartement magnifique au cœur du Paris populaire, très bien équipé, propre et super fonctionnel. Idéal pour les familles ( nous avons 3 enfants). Le métro à 2 pas, supermarché, restaurants. Un endroit idéal pour un séjour réussi dans la capitale. Aucune hésitation!

Awesome apartment. Truly beautiful and immediately feels like your own place. Charlotte was very kind and responsive/easy to communicate with. It was great that there were two bathrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs). It was beyond spacious and could probably host up to 6 adults (sharing beds). The private porch/terrace was my favorite part. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Merci!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It perfectly suited our family of four. It was clean, spacious, and in a convenient location for getting to and from Paris on the Eurostar. Even though we were in Paris during a heat wave with temperatures in the high 90's, we still slept reasonably well with the windows open and the fans in both bedrooms and one downstairs. La terrasse est vraiment un plus, pour prendre un petit déjeuner tranquillement, et sans vis à vis. La localisation est pratique, même si nous avons pris constamment des vtc ou taxis pour éviter les transports en commun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charlotte's place. The check-in and check-out was easy, she was organized and hospitable. The location is convenient if you're arriving by Eurostar and it's very close to Gare de l'est for the Metro. The living area has everything one needs and the decor is comfortable and stylish. We felt right at home. It was wonderful to explore the hip neighbourhood of Canal St. Martin and its restaurants and cafes. I would highly recommend staying here.
