Very amazing loft in downtown Louisville. Check in/out was a breeze. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and many boutiques. Steve was a great host, we would surely stay here again.
Thanks for a great stay! JG loved the space and wants to return when he comes back to Louisville for business. What a wonderful alternative to DT hotels. Thank you!
The loft was very quaint and filled with history, which Fr. David Sanchez was eager to supply.
The winding staircase to the loft is not for the faint of heart or feeble legged. But even the stairway was enriched with beautiful artwork and (website hidden). David also reflected the personable community that NuLu epitomized.
The Loft and NuLu was an oasis from our professional conference. We looked forward to getting away from the hustle and bustle of the conference setting to the relaxing atmosphere of the Loft, NuLu shops and wonderful restaurants.
Great way to enjoy the hospitality and charm of Kentucky not to mention the fantastically creative eateries !

Father David was a great host. Very helpful and kind. The red tree lofts are so unique! Perfect location walking distance to all the restaurants. We would definitely return!
I rented Father David's loft for a girls night out. The space was AMAZING! It was a very old home with great eclectic decor and lots of fun touches like bookcase door ways. It was located in a hip part of town, right across from a popular bar and in walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops.
Father David was very laid back and friendly and was eager to make our stay a fun one. We really enjoyed ourselves and I would recommend the place to anyone that enjoys old charm.
We were in town for the Ironman Louisville and were fortunate enough to find this unique place to stay. The location was within walking distance of the swim start and the transition area, and had multiple places to eat (and drink) nearby. The building was beautiful and historic. We stayed in the Ivy Room, and the bed was extremely comfortable. This was a very private and quiet setting, yet was in the middle of a bustling revitalized neighborhood. Father David was most kind and accommodating, and we felt that he was very accessible if needed.
