I have had many, actually mostly, families during my 3 years intermittently hosting via Airbnb. The Zingales rate as among the beat ever. My first group of 5: Manuela & Giuuseppe, 2 adorable little girls, and their Aunt Nini. So gracious, appreciative, and fun. I felt like a member of their family! Halfway thru a paint job, they understood my time constraints, & welcomed me to enter my apartment in the afternoon to box books! I would invariably run into them, and they were so gracious! This enabled me to see their consistent cleanliness. Full? Yes, my apt. was full, but it didn't look it. The tables were straightened out after meals, dishes done, beds made. How great are they? I live in a warm, fairly small, 24-hr. doorman building. We are intimately close with our staff. Giovanni decided to tip each staff member before the family left, and he did. In envelopes. Just a small gesture but so thoughtful. They are that way in everything they do. I want to stay friends with them for the rest of my life!
