L'appartamento è molto confortevole,bello e silenzioso.L'accoglienza ottima e sempre disponibile.lo consiglio vivamente.
Cliente educata e rispotteso. Consigliata
Nice place, clean, a nice alternative to a hotel. A bit Small. Very safe and attractive courtyard. Light rail stop just one block away for easy trips to downtown. Host was very helpful in arranging transportation back to airport.
Ospite Ok. Consigliato!!!!
Ottimo soggiorno. Tutto ok
this apartment was really nice. the area arround too! ive never met bruno but andrea. he is a really nice guy ! there is no wifi available ! but for me doesnt matter :)
We have to say that the experience in Queen appt wasnt the best. Eventough it is fair to recoginise that it is clean and located in an area full of night life, we found a lot of unexpected surprises.
As soon as you make the reservation, he send a pdf with a brand new set of rules. We had some unexpected delay because of the rain, and after a very tiring day driving in the storm, when we got there he had to pay a ridicoulous extra money for night check in.
He doesnt tell you that for using salt, pepper and coffee you have to pay extra money too. If you want wifi, you have to pay.If you want table cloth, you have to pay...extra blankets, use of the washing machine, detergent.....lots of things! And when you start making numbers, for that money you could book a great hotel near the center.
Transportation was also very unconvinient. Termini is quite far.
The apartment was just like it showed in the pictures. Very quiet during the night as well. Neighborhood felt safe, with public transportation right behind the corner. We found a cute bar with excellent breakfast (coffee and croissant for just 3 euro) and in the evening great cocktails & good music. There are some cheap and good restaurants close-by. The only thing we didn't like is that I especially booked this because there was wifi but it wasn't there. The concierge brought us a bottle of wine to compensate, which was very nice, but being in a strange city without internet connection was very inconvenient. So if you want to skype, email or look for touristic information, forget it !
The Augusto appartment is very nice and clean, light and colourful, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. It is a part of the Sabelli House which includes a few blocks and is very conviniently located in a lively students area, though very peaceful at night. Away from crowds of tourists, but close to tram stops, from where you can take any direction to the City centre such that you don't even have to take metro. Termini is near, just 15 minutes walk. If you travel from the airport I suggest that you ask the host to arrange a transfer - very quick and for a good price! I didn't meet Bruno personally, but his manager Andrea is always there to help with any issue. I would definitely recommend this place for those who want to explore Rome like a local, not just a tourist. :)
The apartment was very nice.and the host most helpful.we had great time and a pleasant stay.very reccomended.thank you so much.
