My Girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights with Max. We found the accommodations to be exactly as described. Max was an excellent knowledgeable host and the location of his home is perfect. I highly recommend staying in this charming bungalow!
The host is as charming as the house, which is in a great neighborhood. Perfect location, central to just about everything. There is a great Thai restaurant, Djan's, just a few blocks away, not to mention the other many places all within walking distance. Even the University! Our stay was comfortable and convenient. Thanks, Max!
I had a great week in Max's home. Plenty of space and cool in the unusually hot summer! Max is a delightful person. The nearby art cinema is a great plus.
We chose Max's house because it looked charming, was economical and close to the theatre we were attending, and because Max has a great photo of himself on his listing. The house is cute and unique - along with his kitty - and there are interesting knick knacks throughout, as well as books in the room for a little laughter and enlightenment. Being there just one night, we only got to speak with Max when we checked in; hopefully next time, we will get to spend a little more time with the host. ;)
This was our first time using airbnb and it couldn't have been better. The house was easy to find, very clean, on a quiet street but close to several cafes and supermarkets, plenty of parking, and had an awesome cat. Max was really friendly and helpful and made sure we were comfortable. We definitely recommend staying here.
Stayed here for four weeks after just moving to Seattle. I highly recommend it . Max is a great guy and the room was very nice and clean. Close to Gas Works Park and a easy bus ride to down town. Max is very knowledgeable about Seattle and can give you some great insight if your looking for stuff to do.
Very affordable place, house is beautiful and cozy but not as clean as we would have liked.
I loved staying at the bungalow! Max accommodated me for a whole month while I got settled in and looked for a place in Seattle. He was a generous host with plenty of fresh towels/sheets as well as insightful Seattle tips. The neighborhood itself is charming and the house is close to the main drag in Wallingford making commuting/shopping/eating very convenient. I have my own place now, but if I were in Seattle as a visitor, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
Max was an excellent host and the place itself is quite charming. We appreciated the flexible check-in and separate entrance so as not to disturb our host. His cat was quite the character as well! Thanks again!
Max is a great cool host, he offer the free breakfast during our visiting, his house is stylish and full of interested stuffs, I like his cute little cat as well.
The house is nearby the Washington University where full of restaurants, coffee shops and the Trader Joe's store, the neighbourhood are very beautiful and has flowers everywhere. It's took 15-20 mintues from the house to the downtown area, the taxi a bit expensive in seattle, it's will be cheaper to rent a cars instead take the (website hidden) seattle.
The apartment we rent is at basement, it's a bit cold even in May, but Max offer a little heater to keep us warm and very thick covers, the room is looks exactly same as the pictures, unique decorations and tidy.
I really enjoy the stay at Max's house, if I visit seattle again I will rent his place again: )
So friendly, quiet and clean. Come back any time!
Very polite and friendly. We barely saw them (they were busy with a gig).
Max+Kate are the perfect guests.
We would have them back in a heartbeat.
