My husband and I have been involved with the Life leadership group since November. We are learning as well as helping make a difference in others lives.
This is a great space and Connie is a wonderful host. This is a comfortable apartment with a lot of character. It has a wonderful little kitchen, and a cozy sitting room. The bedroom has two full beds which are very nice and comfortable. Connie is very responsive to any needs that you have when you are staying. I have had nothing but good experiences here, and I would recommend it to anyone.
It is located very close to downtown Massillon, so there are always things to do. It is 2 blocks from the towpath - a biking, walking trail. It is 2 blocks from a movie theater and the Recreational Center. The Rec Center is great - it has basketball courts, a pool, a water slide, a lazy river, an indoor track and workout room. And it is only 6$ to use it. The Massillon library, downtown stores and restaurants are all within walking distance as well.
I have enjoyed my stay, Connie was a wonderful hostess and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who was looking for a short term. The only draw back was the stairs. She makes you feel right at home even when you are many miles away from your own. Actually it was more like we all became family. She knows all the great places to shop and to visit.
This was a great place to stay. Conveniently located. Clean. Connie was very nice.
This was a great place to stay. The house was clean and ready for us, exactly like the pictures here show. Connie is a thoughtful host and had laid out some snacks perfect for our travel. It was smartly decorated and had all the right touches -- for example, the bathroom shower had not just a bar of soap, but two types of body wash. There was coffee and over a dozen types of tea laid out. And there is an herb garden outside.
We were biking through the nearby Towpath Trail and found this house to be in the perfect location for our first night's sleep. It was convenient to both the trail (2 blocks away) and historic downtown Massillon (4 blocks), which was a big plus for us. There are two historic churches nearby, one of which rings its mellow bells during the day. How cool! On Saturday morning we awoke to find a Farmer's Market in the parking lot across the street.
Response from Connie:
Thanks Bob, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! One of my favorite things about living here are the church bells, the sound is very tranquil and comforting. Thank you for you wonderful review.
