Claire is a very welcoming host and her home is finished to an extremely high standard. The room and bathroom were beautiful and spotlessly clean as well as being extremely comfortable and welcoming. This was my first experience of Airbnb and it was a positive one.
Absolutely lovely B&B in a small village. The room was big with great views. The whole place was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Claire made us feel very welcome and even sorted out a TV for us to watch the Bake Off final in our room. The B&B is next door to a pub which does good food so if you are on foot or don't want to drive for dinner then the location is perfect. Our only regret is that we were only able to stay one night and so weren't able to make full use of the garden and lounge area with all the games, books and DVDs.
We didn't meet Claire, but Charlotte looked after us so well. She helped us out at the last minute and we were so lucky to find this place. It's a beautiful B and B, in a little village near the coastal track. It's very clean, bright, quiet and comfortable. Our veggie breakfast cooked by Charlotte was wonderful. Should have stayed longer! Highly recommended.
Clare looked after us very well. What a great location, nice room and a fantastic cooked breakfast in the morning! Will be back soon!
My wife and I stayed at Tretheene for three nights. Claire and Charlotte made our stay there relaxing and stress free. Our King Size room was tastefully decorated with large windows overlooking the valley beyond. A real home from home. Breakfast was scrumptious with good strong cafetiere coffee and Charlotte even brought it up to our room in the morning. Such luxury!! My wife and I want to congratulate Claire for creating such a beautiful retreat in Treen. Wonderful memories and when we pass by again we will definitely be staying with Claire at Tretheene.
We had a wonderful stay in Tretheene B&B. Claire was incredibly helpful ahead of our stay, we had a few questions as one of us is vegan. She not only bought soya milk, soya yoghurts especially, she also checked out the brilliant local pub's menu to see if they could cater for vegans (which they could). When we arrived, Charlotte (who cooks a brilliant veggie and vegan breakfast) was very welcoming. Our room was so cosy, with the most amazing view which stretched for miles across the stunning countryside. The decor was really lovely - lots of nice mid-century pieces and it was incredibly clean with a lovely warm shower. Situated in a lovely village it is located in perfect walking distance to beautiful sandy beaches and the South West Coast Path, which we took to walk to Land's End. It was our first time in Cornwall and we absolutely loved the stunning scenery of the rugged coast. We would have loved to stay longer and we most definitely will come back to Treen. Highly recommended. 5 stars!
We had such a great time at Claire's place, would've loved to stay longer. The room was so cosy with a beautiful view, very clean and the location couldn't be better, a 20 minute walk from the paradise of Porthcurno beach. We'll be back!
Treetheene b and b is situated in a lovely village with walking distance to beautiful sandy beaches. Clare and Charlotte made us feel very welcome, our room was light and spacious and spotlessly clean. Great breakfast and we were able to come and go as we pleased. Thank you, we had a great time despite the rainy weather towards the end of the week!
Claire was a wonderful host and was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay and we were extremely happy with our choice of accomodation for a short break in Cornwall. The listing was accurate and the rooms and house were even nicer than the photos and the king size room was perfect. Treen is a lovely place, we walked to Logan's Rock on the first day in about 20 minutes to see how far the coast was and then next day we walked all the way to Land's End in 5 hours which was absolutely stunning! And there's a bus back which stops right outside the house. The B&B is just down the road from the Logan Rock Inn which is great for food and local cider, there's a camping shop and cafe and St Buryan is a 10 minute drive with a Londis and a nice pub too. The best beach we went to was Sennen which was only about a 20 minute drive and we spent the whole day there. We went back to Logan's Rock on the last evening to have a picnic and to take in the beautiful views for the last time. This break was the perfect quiet get away, we would definitely go back and highly recommend staying at Tretheene.
Claire is a really lovely person! We thoroughly enjoyed having her stay with us and we would be happy to have her visit again. She was respectful, quiet and very clean.
Claire was a wonderful guest, she kept the place very clean and left it in perfect condition. She is friendly and easy to deal with, we had a smooth communication before and after her arrival. It was a real pleasure having her and we will be more than happy to have her come back to stay at any time.
