Ahyoung was a wonderful guest. She was very pleasant to speak with. She was very clean and polite and I enjoyed hosting her. I believe she will be a great guest wherever she chooses to stay.
Ahyoung was the perfect guest. She was very kind, considerate of others in the house, and clean. She's also an accomplished professional/MBA student and it makes for interesting conversation. I would be happy to have her again next time she's in the DC/Baltimore area!
Ahyoung was great! Very friendly, neat, and polite. I'd love to host her any time! She was a great communicator!
A very pleasant young woman. Her stay was short, but I enjoyed meeting her.
Ahyoung was an excellent guest. She kept in communication the entire time, allowing for a smooth stay. I would have her back again.
It was good to see Ahyoung again. I hope she stays again. She checked out an hour before she said she would, but was very communicative, clean and friendly.
She was very quiet and only stayed a short time. Was a wonderful guest & would host her again!
Ahyoung was a great guest and we hope that she will come again soon. Thanks, John Walk DC and Baltimore Penn Station
Ahyoung was awesome, she's very respectful, organized and a pleasure to host. I will highly recommend her to fellow airbnb hosts!
We accommodated an 11pm check-in for Ahyoung. She was very pleasant, yet she was surprised that we had a cat and that our bathroom was shared. These details are clearly mentioned in our listing description and house rules, including numerous mentions of Maks in reviews (and even a photo). We did our best to accommodate her by keeping Maks upstairs every night as not to disturb her, per her request. Regrettably, she also spread her clothes and belongings over all of our living room furniture and tables for the entire stay, leaving them there all day and night. We assumed that she would keep her personal items contained to a small area or corner in our common areas as previous guests have always done (without asking). We have since added a new "tidiness" policy to our house rules for future guests to avoid any confusion. Overall, we feel that Ahyoung did not read our description or house rules prior to booking. Another concern is that she may not understand the difference between staying in an AirBnB host's home versus staying in a hotel. Our recommendation for hosts is not to deny a request from Ahyoung; we only suggest that you ask her if she has read your listing thoroughly and understands your terms before accepting her request.
