Hello. We are from Busan, South Korea! As we are exchange student at University of Oregon, we came 1 month ago.
He and his friends were very nice and sweet--they are 5 Korean foreign exchange students from the University of Oregon. They asked questions and left things in pretty nice condition in general. They were good guests. The only thing in the way of improvement would be a suggestion to not leave damp towels or a paper sack of food trash on the hard wood floor of the living room, but to be fair, I did not go over any of that with them, and I understand that young people would maybe not think of that or realize that wet things are not good for a wood floor, so they probably just didn't know. Luckily I saw it soon afterwards, so no lasting problems likely were created. Everything else was great with them. Very nice people. Thanks for your visit with us! Good luck with your future schooling and travels!
I was a little worried when I first got a booking request from SangHeon to have seven guests at my small space for a dinner party. But he answered all my questions and was clear that he would meet all my expectations, being considerate to the neighbors and taking care of the place, so I felt I could trust him. SangHeon and his friends were excellent guests. They left everything very neat and were considerate to the neighbors. SangHeon is still improving his English so we both had to make some effort to understand each other, but he was willing to make the effort and so was I so it worked out great. I would be happy to have him and his friends again.
Very clean in general. Some minor communications issues.
