both originally from fla, done a lot of traveling, lived a lot of places. settled in nola. love coffee, music and dogs.
We had an awesome experience in NOLA thanks to LoLo's incredible studio - highly recommend it and would love to stay here again if we're ever back in the city. The actual space is very cool (looks just like the photos), and LoLo was a thoughtful and kind host. If you're a coffee fan, the coffee shop next door (Solo) is truly the best in town. Staying a bit outside of the traditional touristy area was a great decision - we were able to explore great local dining options (highly recommend Bacchanal, which is walkable, and 1000 Figs if you have a car) and some of the beautiful local parks. Thanks for a great stay.
LoLo's place is amazing and I wish we could have stayed longer !
Everything was great thank you!
I reached out late on the afternoon of the night that I needed a room, but Lauren was quick to reach out and accept. The apartment was very cool, comfortable, and peaceful... and the concrete shower was inspiring. We appreciate privacy, so it was great to be able to come and go with the keypad on the door. Until next time (which needs to be sooner rather than later)!
The apartment was immaculate and exactly as described. The host left all the instructions we needed for our visit and was quick to let us know about anything else during our trip. Also, the coffee shop they run next to the apartment has great espresso.
The place was immaculate! Wonderful host! I put in a lat minute booking and the host was very accommodating.
The place is a beautiful feat of resourcefulness and clean aesthetics, with the reclaimed wood wall and modern bathroom. Granted, it lacks a full kitchen with full stove and oven, as well as TV, but who comes to NOLA to cook at home and watch the tube anyway? LoLo and her partner are very cool, attentive, and accommodating hosts. We had a wonderful experience.
The apartment is just as cute in real life as it is in the pictures. Everything was very clean and they had everything we needed. The best part of the apartment was the bed: it's temper-pedic!! It's about 3 miles from the French quarter so it was very affordable to take an Uber to and from town. We would definitely stay here again. The only downfall is there is no convenient store in walking distance to grab snacks/drinks when the coffee shop is not open.
Lolo's place was super nice, clean, and cozy. Looks just like the pictures! Easy 25-30 minute walk to the French Quarter (or 10 minute drive). Plus, the neighborhood has some cool restaurants that are definitely worth trying out (like the wine bar)! All in all, a great "home" to come back to after a day of exploring New Orleans.
Lolo's place in New Orleans is a wonderful little spot in Bywater. For anyone looking to stay close enough to the French Quarter without the traffic or noise this is a perfect spot. It is exactly as described and truly made my girlfriend and I feel at home. We loved how quaint it felt yet spacious enough for the two of us. I also loved having a truly delicious coffee shop next door.
The place is truly beautiful and I love the details. We never felt unsafe and was able to park my car on the street with no worries. Thank you again Lolo for your incredible hospitality.
Lauren was a very easy guest. She was extremely laid back and easy to communicate with. My apartment was respected and I would welcome her back.
Lauren is a nice and educate, and I found interesting to talk with but becouse they were most of the time going out to visit other places we could spend enougth time to talk has I wish. She was easy going, considerate and respectful. She is welcome back to us
