Let me know if anyone has any questions regarding noise, meeting me, etc. I've lived in the apartment for 2 years now, and I always considered it a relaxing place. That said, the apartment is in the Wanchai Wet Market (food market), so people are shopping and selling throughout the day - commerce. Welcome to Hong Kong. :P
1. HK has water heaters that need to be turned on for the shower's hot water - the switch is next to the light switch. I've placed a sign now for foreigners. Many people have asked on this - I've lived here for 2 years. There is plenty of hot water.
2. The Wifi signal is a bit weak in the Pigeon Burrow (the entire apartment is still connected). I have a 500GB/s connection. In the shared rooms it is blazing fast. I am trying to upgrade from a 2-antenna to a 4-antenna router to strengthen the signal through the concrete wall.
