When I tried to discuss payment for the key copy and for her arrival night, she was unreasonable, refused to take responsibility, blamed others, demanded an apology, and didn't want to accept the facts of her mistakes. It became a very unpleasant situation to say the least. Finally, her more reasonable boyfriend listened/understood the facts, and paid cash the owed amount.
