I stayed here a couple of weeks ago while in Buenos Aires. It was a great location in an absolutely beautiful, quiet and upscale neighborhood, just steps from the MALBA museum and very close to the Evita and Bellas Artes museums as well as the zoo and botanical gardens. It is a very safe area, which was important for me as I was a woman traveling alone. The neighborhood is right off one of the main avenues, and so it was easy to get cabs to go up to Palermo or over to some of the other neighborhoods, and I could catch the bus that went to San Telmo only a block away. I even walked to Palermo and to the sights in the Recoleta and city center areas. Both were probably about 30 minutes away on foot. Agostina was away while I was there, but kept in close contact, checking in via e-mail and text, and her mother, Casilda, was there and able to assist me with check in and check out, and helped me get a taxi to the airport. The apartment was very clean and exactly as pictured. The kitchen is small, but it had everything I needed, plenty of utensils and dishes, everything needed for making coffee and tea, and a small fridge. It was perfect for making simple breakfasts of yogurt and fruit or toast, and light dinners of salad and soup, which was all I was looking for. The apartment is small, but perfect for one person or possibly a couple, and the roof deck is lovely, planted with various flowering plants and fruit trees and a beautiful view of the rooftops of Recoleta. It was the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing. There are air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom, and I did use the one in the bedroom at night. It worked perfectly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend the apartment and Casilda and Agostina, who were both very kind and helpful.

Wow! thank you so much Juliet for the kind words, we had a great time hosting you and we hope you come back soon!
The flat is located into the quiet and elegant neighbourhood of Palermo Chico. The building is surrounded by trees, nice houses and embassies. It is far (about 40 min fast walk) from the bars and restaurant of Palermo Soho, but, apart from the noise coming from the planes of Aeroparque, I think that in general is more silent than the rest of Palermo. The flat is not very big, and the kitchen is only a small corner, nevertheless we would have had a good time here. Honestly our experience was ruined by a very bad accident. Since the area felt quite safe, I made the mistake of not hiding my jewels into the safe, and my most precious golden neckless disappeared from the flat when we were not in. As I realized, the owner was really helpful and said that things like this never happened there. A part of this accident, that really ruined my stay and a lot my holiday, I would have been happy of the flat and recommend it.
Fantastic place and great service! Everything worked just fine. The only problem was that we couldn't stay longer. Would definitely stay here again, if coming back, or recommend to someone who's going.

Thank you David! We had a great time hosting you and your friends.
The apartment is very well situated in a super charming neighborhood of Palermo/Recoletta. Traditional house and appartment, but kept very clean and renovated. All in all, the equipment of the appartment is rather basic and impersonal. Agostina was very flexible with check-in and -out times and great in communication.
What an amazing stay! Teresa could not have been more incredible as a hostess, and I felt blessed to have found such a cozy retreat in her incredible home. Would definitely stay again + recommend to others.
This apartment absolutely made our stay in Buenos Aires – beautiful and full of character, and a great place to spend Xmas day. We didn't get to meet Agostina but we met lovely Teresa and Martha, who were very nice and helpful. The kitchen could do with being a tiny bit better equipped (especially as we tried to cook a full-on British-style Turkey Christmas dinner!), but otherwise the place was faultless, and was without doubt the highlight of our time in the city. This isn't just a beautiful flat, it's a piece of Buenos Aires history, gorgeous and old, with high ceilings and amazing antique furniture. We almost went for a modern "studio" apartment option, of which there appear to many on this website, but were so thankful to have stayed here instead. It felt like a real Argentine home. Location is perfect too, in a quiet leafy neighbourhood close to Palermo. Massive thumbs up. And thank you! Flora and Jamie X

Thank you so much for such a wonderful review.
All the best,
One of the most beautiful apartments I've ever seen. The enormous rooms fill are filled with natural light and decorated as though you're staying in an art gallery. The red brick patio is darling, sheltered with grape vines and decorated with adorable white furniture. The neighborhood (Villa Crespo) is far enough away to provide a unique experience (amazing local cafes, shops), but only a 15 minute walk to Palermo Soho. The medical clinic across the street can result in crowded sidewalks outside the apartment, but it isn't bothersome. I didn't meet Agos, but Martha, who lived next door, was incredibly helpful - she even called us a cab to the airport. I can't say enough good things about this apartment - it is truly one of a kind.
This apartment is a great place to stay in Buenos Aires. It is a lovely, spacious apartment very close to MALBA. It is in a very safe and beautiful neighborhood and it has everything that you need! Overall, highly recommended!
We had a lovely time staying at this apartment. We liked the lofty feel of the place and the huge windows that made it so sunny and bright. The patio is beautiful! The only thing to be aware of is the 20+ steep metal stairs you have to climb once inside the security gate. Fine for us but they could really be an issue if you weren't prepared! The place is safe and really quiet and it has a great feel. We would stay there again! Thank you!
Agos is a great host, super kind and nice. Her apartment is very well located in the heart of buenos aires, in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. You should definitely stay in her apartment :)
