I grew up in the wide open desert of Carlsbad, New Mexico with three younger brothers. From there we moved to Sacramento, California, where I was surprised to find that the buildings were more than one story (land is cheap in the desert!). From there, I went to Brown University in Providence and studied Math and Computer Science. I'm now working in Palo Alto for a Database Company (which I will only ramble on about if people ask :)
As far as my living style, I am very organized and minimalist. I've really thought about everything I bring with me (for example, I recently discovered that a pillowcase actually has a really high usefulness to volume ratio). I realize that everyone has a different living style, and I definitely respect (and appreciate) that. When in doubt, I'll ask.
I've recently discovered that I really enjoy traveling. I love seeing new places, meeting new people, and hearing the stories about both. I have some of my own stories, but I find them less interesting because I already know how most of them end. :) I'm overall pretty low key, and my most common response about preferences is "those all sound fun!". (There goes my indecisiveness disclaimer). So that's my elevator pitch (the introduction I would give someone on a short elevator ride). All the best, and I'm looking forward to meeting you!
