Operate my own business from my home office, with a back/admin office in Philippines, where I spend a few months of the year. Three grown up kids, all highly successful (2 Phds) now living away from home/overseas.
I keep active & fit, riding, swimming or walking & exercising daily. Great cook, eat & cook fresh and healthy food, rarely dine out. Expert on property and managed investments, superannuation, businesss, organisation/management development & systems, tax structures, aged care, healthy lifestyles and emotional intelligence. Made major contributions in former work roles to prison reform across Australia, health & safety, equal opportunity and industrial democracy, prior to commencing own business in management consulting and financial advice. Graduated from and lectured at The University of Melbourne with High Distinctions and a special University Medal for my contribution to Criminology.
I like to keep a lovely, well organised and equipped house looking and feeling beautiful, inside and out, sharing interesting conversations and cooking tasty meals, watching glorious sunsets from my upstairs balcony and cycling by the water through endless parkland, where I live. I love what I do for work, helping people achieve their lifestyle goals and making enough money for them to do that by specialised management of their investments, supported by intensive, ongoing research myself and my team conduct into all types of investment markets and unique opportunities. Global economics fascinates me and the future of global food production, global demographics, politics of equality and eliminating corruption are my abiding interests for reading and dialogue.
I have no intention of retiring...my clients need me, my brain needs daily challenges, my body thrives on staying active. I love meeting new people and discussing their experiences, hopes, dreams and thoughts about the world in general. I have a personal value I try to live by, which is "as far as possible, always leave people and things better than what I find them".
