MWF, nonsmoker, quiet, tidy, independent budget traveler & explorer. Currently from Minnesota, where I work as a hospital psychologist for children with brain injuries and disabilities. I've lived & worked in southern California, Massachusetts, Iowa, Nevada, upstate New York, and Chicago; traveled to most states, and to Mexico, Canada, England, Spain, and the Netherlands. I'm hoping to retire in about 15 years and travel to international destinations. I like to imagine what it would be like to live in a place that I'm visiting, and to discover what is unique about that place. I like to camp, hike, read, write, cook, garden, and sleep. My husband travels with me if it's an urban destination (e.g., to L.A. to see our college-age daughter) as he likes comfort and familiarity, so, sometimes we travel together and sometimes I tell him my adventure stories when I get home.
