Ken- I'm a raw food chef and one of the founders of Kale University. I'm also a health advocate, public speaker and the executive chef and facilitator at The Optimum Health Institute in San Diego, CA. This is my dream job, teaching people about organic gardening, making raw food recipes and other fun, healthy choices.
I enjoy a quiet life with the time to love, laugh, travel and reflect.
My husband Mario is from Italy and we are going on 17 years together and we're having the time of our lives. He is a theatrical entertainer and we work on shows and performances together. Mario is also a dancer and has performed on television and in theaters across Italy and the United States. His performing has taken us to other countries such as Mexico, Greece, Japan and Sweden.
I am also a photographer and painter and have created a body of work that combines both of those worlds. Our Art has also taken us around the world in search of beautiful patterns and compositions. Our online sites are (website hidden) and (website hidden).
Mario and I have traveled a lot over the years and we enjoy meeting people from other worldly cultures. Life is meant to be experienced in a way that involves connecting with people and it's those interactions that make it exciting, enriching and entertaining.
We are extremely happy and healthy.
