Hi there my name is Christian. I live in Toronto, ON, Canada and fly to Turks and Caicos regularly. I love the beach life and therefore living in the bustling city of Toronto I love to spend my spare time in Turks.

We enjoyed 10 wonderful days here. Christian is very easy to communicate with, responds promptly to questions. He provided us with excellent directions to get to the condo and easy instructions for access. He also provided us with good restaurant and car rental info. The condo was very clean and the complex is well maintained. The terrace is great, and the view is beautiful. The location is excellent for those who like to be a little out of the fray, but it still has many options for dining, beach, snorkeling, etc. withing walking distance. The nearby marina has good outfitters for boating/fishing excursions as well as car rental. I would recommend a car for at least a day or two just for exploring the island. There is a great little Gelato place on site.
I really enjoyed this place: excellent location near the Smith's Reef, beautiful ocean view, nice studio with all the necessary amenities: cable, Internet, gym etc. The Fish Fry event on Thursdays, Green Bean, Shark Bite - all these great places near La Vista Azul would make your vacation unforgettable.
It's located close to Grace Bay ($5 ride on a taxi, if you don't rent a car).
I highly recommend this place - it's worth the money.
We did not meet Christian, but our host at the condo, Cosmo, was great. He gave us a lift from the airport, provided us suggestions for our trip, and was quick to assist and fix our Wifi when it stopped working. That said, it's a mobile wifi hotspot you can bring with you which is awesome! The location of Queens Angel is great. Next to Shark Bite, Scooter Bob's (great for scooters, cars, or bicycles to get around), and the beautiful marina. Also close to Smith's Reef for snorkeling. It's out of the bustle of the resort area but it's still easy to get there. A little tricky getting a legit taxi but the local cars will give you a quick lift for just a few bucks. An amazing stay!
Great place! Very spacious, very clean and modern, exactly as the photos portrayed. It was very comfortable. One downside was the tv: we couldn't get it to work. The complex has 2 nice pools that we could use (one was adult-only) and a hot tub.
Convenient walk to Turtle Cove, which has some good restaurants, a good cafe, and some water sport outfits. It's a bit off the main tourist area of Grace Bay, so it was pretty quiet, but it also doesn't have the variety of shops of Grace Bay. Definitely consider renting a car for this location, or get the number of a taxi driver. Taxis can get expensive, though, so you may want to weigh your options when deciding on activities. We spent the first two days in Turtle Cove (diving and then hanging out there to eat) so we didn't need a taxi until our third day. And it's less than 10 minutes from the airport.
Christian provided great information before arriving and was attentive to answering emails prior to and during our stay.
Had a such a nice time! The ocean view is beautiful & a nice setting to wake up to each morning. Everything you need is in the condo- although I would recommend renting a car as cabs were very expensive. We didn't make it to the grocery store but wish we had as food and drinks are pricey in Turks. There's a great place across the street for breakfast/lunch though. Stay here for a much more affordable option than the hotels nearby in Grace Bay- highly recommend!
We cannot speak highly enough of our stay at Christian's! The condo itself is perfectly equipped, clean, and has an amazing view. The complex is beautifully landscaped, quiet, and in an excellent location with beach access, car rental, and good restaurants nearby. Christian was easy to work with and wonderfully accommodating. Already planning our next trip to Turks ... Thanks, Christian!
The listing and photos are accurate and exactly as described by Christian. When we arrived we found the apartment to be beautiful and clean! On one floor above the suite is the pool and hot tub deck, which was also awesome!
We did not meet Christian on our trip, however, he did provide detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport, as well as information on who to contact at the resort in case of any issues. We luckily did not have any problems and this was our first time in the Turks and Caicos islands! There are several fine dining restaurants within walking distance (although at night it is very dark and limited street lights in the area). Check out Magnolia, it was our favorite restaurant and right around the corner!
The beach is easily just a 4 minute walk across the street. The beach is beautiful, and if you're looking for a quiet spot away from all the tourist resorts then this is the best option. If you're looking to do any shopping or dining on the beach the resorts are a great option. We usually walked the beach to the Seven Stars area (about 4 miles on the beach) to Grace Bay, and took a cab back to La Vista Azul. The cabs in the area are great and the cost varied between $12-$20.
The internet access was reliable and available via WiFi in the suite, however, it should only be counted on for basic web browsing etc.
Overall we loved the location and the accommodations. Well definitely be returning soon. Thanks Christian!
Our stay at the Queen Angel was satisfactory. The resort was very quiet and clean, and the pool was generally uninhabited. The area around the resort had good restaurants and we felt safe walking around even at night. All in all, for the price we paid, the QA was a decent place to stay on Provo if you don't mind being off of Grace Bay.
We never met Christian, but Janus, the property manager was friendly, even though he seemed to be a little put off we were only staying 2 nights. Christian did send us a comprehensive description of how to get to the Queen Angel and what to expect for cab fare, and what restaurants were nearby. It was a bit confusing figuring out who to go to for what, such as the wi-fi (which never worked) and other home essentials, so we ended up emailing Christian and Janus more than talking to anyone directly.
The reservation was canceled 23 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
This place is awesome. Great location. Walking distance to the beach. Thank you for everything.
Christian was a nice guy and a fellow AirBnB host too, very pleased he stayed with us at Swan and he's always welcome back
