I'm currently a community college student studying psychology looking for more opportunities to travel. I'm new to airbnb but I have wwoof-ed before and I love the experiences gained when traveling while staying on other peoples homes. It brings a deeper connection to the area as well as giving a chance to meet some pretty cool people.
5 things I can't live without: Books, Music, Friends/Family, Hiking and Nature. Everything else is just gravy.
Ideally I would stay some place where I can connect with the host, have good conversation, hear their advice on the area. I think this adds a comfort level to the location you are staying, but I am also open to new experiences and types of locations.
