A huge supporter and promoter of the arts (music, dance, performers, photography, etc.) and all things that evoke positive change and emotions, I love interacting with people from all different shades of life. In addition to authoring books on encouragement and being a Certified Chair Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach. I enjoy creating functional art, swimming, kayaking, drumming on my djembe, drinking wine with friends, cooking deliciously healthy meals, entertaining, traveling, dancing, singing, photography, and mostly helping others in any way I can.
