Rachel, the boiler was indeed repaired but not before official check in time, a delightful helpful plumber was there until well after 6.oopm. He did not even arrive before 5pm.
I have made no demands from you at all apart from a request for a cot. Please enlighten me in what way I have been rude. All I have reported to you is fact; sadly your house is in need of investment in repair and maintenance.
Regarding your message on Airbnb we had provided you with the correct telephone and e mails (and we have exchanged e mails prior to our stay).Whilst at the house we had no signal hence could not receive your communications.
We asked your housekeeper about the house phone as the only handset we found was minus batteries, Karen told us that there was no house phone as far as she was concerned.
Regarding the reviews we only reported what we found and indeed have kept photographs in case you were unaware of the problems. Most owners would have found this feedback helpful as we would imagine you would wish to address the issues before further letting.
