I apologize for your experience and take full responsibility for the entrance issues. I agree with you that there were some issues and you didn't quite read my instructions. There were clean linens in the living room hall closet and clean towels in the bathroom. And once I was contacted in regards to the linen issues, I instantly explained where they could be located AND this was NOT followed. My private closet the one that was mentioned in the very DETAILED email with instructions was opened and items used, instead of guest items used and specified, the email. In regards to the toilet paper issues, apologies again, and there WAS paper products located in the closet above mentioned, again, detailed instructions were NOT followed. 4 individuals run through toilet paper AND this is not a hotel, I do feel that one roll out is NOT sufficient, again there were additional supplies provided. I understand the frustration frazzled you and it is understandable and for that I apologize.
Mistakes and issues happen and clearly there was a ball dropped on my end. I have had many guest and the entrance is a grave one, it was solved in 30 mins which is 29 mins to late. In regards to the other issues, I have never had an issue with this before, my instructions were clear.
Hassan and his group were fantastic guest. I really felt safe and confident that they were leaving my home in great condition as I left the country. I really appreciate how well they left home. The are more than welcome to stay at my home if they come back into the states again.
