Great, clean cabin. Location was perfect for skiing at diamond peak, and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants as well. We comfortably slept 7 people, and cabin was exactly as described. The host Jeff was quick to respond via email, all and all a great experience.
Nice cozy family-oriented townhome, with everything you need inside, inclduding sleighs and collection of table games. Close to everything you need, Tahoe lake beach in 3 minutes walking, Diamond Peak is 5 minutes drive. Would recommend anyone for visiting!
Beautiful, cosy warm wintertime home with stunning lakeside views. Access was simple upon arrival. Jeff was available as needed. We'd stay here again.
The reservation was canceled 18 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
We had a great time at this lakeside property. It has everything you could need for a relaxed vacation. The master bedroom is amazing, as is the view from the living/dining/kitchen area. We would definitely recommend this house as a great place to base yourself to explore Tahoe.
Had a wonderful time here at Jeff's home in Tahoe. Spend 2 nights/3days with my family. The home was two stories and pretty much looks exactly like the pictures. Everything was convenient and clearly labeled and there was enough towels for all 7 of us to use. There were plenty of board games and toys for my two young sons to play with. The townhouse is also conveniently located at the very end of the lot so there are some picnic tables and a bbq right outside the front door. The neighborhood is very quiet and the beach is about a casual 10-15 min stroll away from the home. We had a lovely time here and my brother has already discussed maybe coming back in the winter!
The Forest Pines Townhome is clean and comfortable, and located in a beautiful, quiet condo complex with tons of trees and a gorgeous outdoor pool.
From the complex, it's a short drive/walk/ride (less than a mile) to the Incline Village beaches in one direction, and equally short in the other direction (also less than a mile) to the village itself.
At the house, we had room for our group of six adults with four toddler/babies between us, and the space is great for small kids--it includes a crib and bunk beds, a baby gate for the stairs if needed, and lots of toys and kids' books. There is plenty of paved space right outside the door to run and ride bikes and scooters and look for chipmunks.
Jeff is a kind and responsive host, and the Forest Pines Townhome was an ideal home-base for our group trip to Lake Tahoe!
The house was immaculate and idyllically situated at the East end of King's Beach. Jeff took great care that our visit was easy and friendly. It's the best Lake Tahoe experience.
Jeff made a real effort to accommodate our group and make us feel welcome. We liked the layout of his place with the bleached wood paneling as well as the decor which is contemporary and uncluttered.
A real plus was being able to sleep enough people to satisfy our families needs. The hot tub, spa, an d pool were an added plus at the end of a long day at beach day at Sand
We plan on going back next summer and recommend this spot as a lovely vacation site in Incline.
We rented the apartment for 5 nights and it worked out great! The apartment was very comfortable, had everything we needed: from children's toys and games to a fully stocked kitchen. The proximity to the beach was another great thing, we were able to be at the beach in less then 5 minutes. The host, Jeff, always answer his phone and helped us with any questions we had.
