I'm from Australia, currently living in Vancouver
Cassandra was a perfect guest by nearly ever account UNTIL she posted her review. She has completely unrealistic expectations about what to expect for the price that she pays for an apartment. She expects serviced-apartment levels of perfection from the host and does not understand that this is totally unreasonable when she is paying a quarter of the price of what an equivalent serviced apartment would cost in the same location and of the same size. Don't accept her as a guest unless you want an excessively critical, verging on malicious, review in return.
Cassandra communicated efficiently before and during her stay, looked after our place perfectly while she was here, and generally was the ideal guest. She would be welcome again any time.
Cassandra was a great guest. She left my place in great condition and was super friendly and easy going. She is welcome anytime.
Cassandra was a great guest. She arrived just exactly when she said she would and was out at work for most of her stay with us. She'd be welcome to stay with us again.
We enjoyed hosting Cassandra, who is a very pleasant person and quite interesting to talk to. Ask her about her research, and jump at the opportunity to host her. We're glad we did, and we hope her investigations lead her back to DC so we can host her again.
Cassandra and I met when we both started working at the same university in early 2009, and we have been firm friends ever since. She is a seasoned and confident traveler and in the short time I've known her she has traveled within Australia, around Europe, and in the US and Canada. She is organized, efficient, and extremely dependable and would be an excellent Airbnb guest :)
