Wow Paul this is the first time that you have made me aware that you had issues on your stay with us.
Since prior to your arrival you were able to make contact with me and we communicated via text, telephone and email about your reservation, It would have been appropriate for you to have used the same channel of choices to communicate personally with me first (telephoned, text or email) to make me aware and given the opportunity to discuss your issues instead of using the airwaves.
The room smelly and dirty bathrooms are unfounded. Fortunately, I had another Airbnb Guest also staying at the same time. Please read other guest reviews to verify clean standards.
You wrote you left the accommodation without informing me of your departure, how then could I have trusted you with my house keys?
I do apologize on behalf Of the young man (whom you may be aware he has learning disability) who knocked on your bedroom door. As you mentioned that you would be leaving at 3.30pm – 4pm to go to work, he thought you had overslept and would be late for work. With good intentions, as time approached, he knocked on your door to wake you up so that you would not be late for work. He did not mean to upset you.
Residential Hosting has been a new experience, learning curve and Very enjoyable. As I am providing a service, I do appreciate constructive comments or criticism so as to improve my standards even better.
