Hi! I'm Ti-Anna and I'm from Montreal. During the summer, I help my mom, Chin, manage our rental properties.
We hope you enjoy staying with us!

We had a delightful experience staying in Ti-Anna and Chin's apartment. The apartment itself was much larger than we'd expected looking at pictures. The keys were left in a box for us so we never actually met our hosts, but they were easy to access by phone (although we were traveling from the US and couldn't send texts easily). The only complaint I can possibly think of was that my boyfriend was sad there was no TV haha :) Highly recommended if you're just looking for a place to stay and don't want to feel like you're imposing on somebody's personal home (the feel of the apartment is more like that of a hotel). Great location, cute building, gorgeous big windows.
This was my first AirBnB stay and my girlfriend and I loved this apartment. It was a rocky start when I didn’t hear back from the host regarding lockbox information and general logistics about parking. I had hoped to avoid calling international from the US. Eventually I called the Canadian contact number provided in our reservations and received helpful answers to my questions. The parking was located next to the building but access to the alley was somewhat inconvenient for quick runs to the car. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and more than met our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had lots of natural light. There is a full-sized refrigerator and the kitchen had basics like tea and coffee and glassware. The bathroom was very clean, had small hotel-sized shampoo/conditioner/body washes. The WIFI was only strong enough by the entrance. I used it for quick address searches and emailing, so this was okay.
What we really loved was being right in the middle of McGill and easy walking access to sightseeing, shopping, and the Metro. We packed a lot into our 2 day stay and the location was perfect for seeing a little bit of everything. On our way out of town we visited the Jean-Talon Market which is in the suburbs, where we’d been considering staying. I am glad we didn’t since we were able to walk everywhere we wanted for the daytime and occasionally take a cab a short ride home at night to avoid any uphill streets. Nearby spots to check out: lattes and pastries from Pikolo Espresso Bar, delicious beers from Benelux (a little more of a hike from the apartment), and savory crepes from Creperie Chez Suzette in Old Montreal.
This was a great first AirBnB stay, especially since we weren’t sure about staying in someone else’s living space. This apartment seemed to be used exclusively for short-term rentals and did not have any personal items or a closet full of clothing to feel weird about.
I arranged to have this parking space available for one of my guests in Montreal. It proved to be easy to find, reliable and very useful. Certainly easier then trying to find a spot in this neighborhood! Thank you
Ti-Anna is a great host and we would love to stay here again!!
This is the best price in town and we were also able to park our car free at their private parking lot throughout our stay.
Best host ever. Courteous and pleasant to speak with. She got everything we wanted!
Thank you Ti-Anna!!
The place was much older than expected, but it was clean. It was pretty convenient to get by train to everywhere we needed to go. Chin was very responsive to my questions. I asked for late checkout and it was approved. However, we went out and were told that they found our door unlocked so they thought we had left. And even though our stuff was in there, they went in and started stripping the linens and stuff. I saw that Chin did email me, but I had no internet access while I was out. And I wouldn’t even have minded so much if they didn’t take my towel that was hanging in the kitchen!
Very sweet little apartment! Hosts were accommodating to our requests and helpful in providing us with maps and tour books. Found the apartment to be clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The apartment is situated in a nice & safe neighbourhood, conveniently located within walking distance to most popular spots (or if you prefer not to walk, very near metro stations). Helped make our first stay in Montreal a thoroughly enjoyable one!
Petit appartement bien équipé et très propre à deux pas d'une des rues les plus animée de Montréal.
Je conseille fortement !
Really not too much to say about the spot, its outdoors and can get to it through an alley, but very convenient. We had two motorcycles parked at the spot for three night, the spot was safe. Chin, was very responsive via text and everything worked out just the way we wanted.
The host's instructions and communications were clear. The neighborhood is lovely. The house is on a relatively quiet street right by a cute bookstore and a restaurant.
Friendly and they left the place really clean.
TiAnna et ses amis ont séjournés chez nous une nuit et ont laissés le chalet impeccable. Ce sont des gens très gentils
It was lovely having Ti-Anna to stay. She was the perfect guest and would be welcome back any time.
Both Ti-Anna and Chin stayed with me and were great guests. They kept the place clean and were friendly in all their dealings.
Very clean, tidy and respectful! Left the place great :) Highly recommend!
It was a real pleasure to host Ti Anna. I highly recommend this guests and would love to have them back any time. Thanks for all

It was a pleasure hosting Ti Anna and her friend. They were pleasant to talk to and left the unit very clean. I would highly recommend hosting! Ti Anna you are welcome back anytime
Thank you Fallon!
Rebecca, Aunty Chin and their family were perfectly lovely. They were kind, warm, and courteous. They were super clean and even took out the trash. They followed all of the check-in and check-out asks and were a joy to talk to. They were very respectful and organized. I am a neat-freak and so notice every little detail and they left my apartment looking wonderful. I would invite them to stay at my home anytime. I strongly recommend them to other hosts.
Ti Anna was a great guest. A nice, friendly person who communicated well and was easy to talk to. She kept the place clean and tidy. Always welcome to stay at Cheung Sha Wan Road!
I knew Rebecca three years ago when I first moved into a neighbourhood and became a tenant in her house. It was not till last fall that I had the chance to know her better as aunt Shu (Rebecca's mum) and I shared a living space together. Then I was introduced to aunt Chin. Rebecca and aunt Chin have been lovely and kind. They have always strived to be attentive to their guests’ needs. That means first and foremost creating a dynamic living space/quarter at the design table. In many ways, they have been creative and hardworking in many aspects of hosting the guests. Aunt Shu usually cooks for me and we share many meals together over lunch or dinner. My friendship with Rebecca and aunt Chin grows over time from what was then a tenant-landlord relationship. I recommend Rebecca and aunt Chin and support their family business because they have derived much joy and shown much passion in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of their guests and most of all they love to prepare the beds for their guests!
