I am a traveller. In a beach I'd rather stay in a shack than a resort. I take free advice from locals seriously.
Anamitra and his family were an absolute pleasure to host. This was our first time ever hosting anyone through AirBnB so we were a little nervous, but the experience could not have been any better. The house was left spotless (literally, spotless - we were very impressed) and to top it off, they even left us a gift!
We were blown away with their generosity. The communication prior to his stay was very easy to coordinate and he was very responsive as well. We would host them again in a heartbeat.
very nice people and they left that place immaculate
I'VE HOST Anamitra Banerji 4 4 DAYS. I NEVER MET HIM BEFORE. HE WAS A CORRECT HONEST GUEST, QUIET AND POLITE. NO NOISES (WITH HIS 10 MONTHS BABY AND HIS WIFE), NO ANY PROBLEMS. AT THE END THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AS WHEN HE CAME. VERY FRIENDLY AND RESPECTOUS. I RECCOMEND HIM. BEBO BEST
Anamitra Banerji is a host's nightmare: unfriendly, uncooperative and demanding. He does not understand the spirit of Airbnb. The previous guests broke one of the two beds in the apartment. I immediately informed Anamitra, who only needed one bed, suggesting he cancel the reservation. He insisted he couldn't, and tried milking the situation for all it was worth. He complained repeatedly, asked that the bed be replaced "on an emergency basis," and demanded to be reimbursed while still having use of the apartment. I managed to get the bed fixed, and he decided to stay in the apartment. He sent requests about various things while there (for only three nights) and left several hours after check-out time. Some linen also disappeared, according to the cleaning lady, in conjunction with his departure. Not a pleasant experience. It's the only time I've had a guest like this since I've been hosting on Airbnb.
