I like to travel and host travelers, and doing all the tourist stuff I wouldn't do otherwise here in sf with them, as I'm xenophilic. I am not however a private concierge, so you may get my redirects to lmgtfy website for search engine worthy ?'s like: how much is the entry to SF MOMA?
I also love good organic, local, vegetarian, seasonal foods, and am a part of the slow food movement. I love swing/blues dance & music. I also run, surf and do yoga. I host nearly every day so i may stay some nights with friends to be able to maintain a social life outside of airbnb. i run in amazing tech and burner/ bohemian circles and will extend the invites to my guests when appropriate too.
Caveat: I am a morning person and a light sleeper. I am also OCD with organizing and cleaning. Thus, this isn't a place for loud snorers, night owls, and the slovenly. My only pet peeves with hosting guests thus far is people who smuggle in fish into my fridge. For those unfamiliar with the definition of meat, it refers to dead animals. Also the amount of hair that is shed on the bathroom floor that nobody picks up. If you do nothing else but leave things exactly as you found it and not bring meat into my home you will get a glowing review from me. Also please contact me through airbnb only, my phone and email are for emergencies only, I've set those personal boundaries. safety is important so I also won't show you my space prior to booking.
Those wanting to stay longer than a week though technically possible, I can't commit to that prior to knowing whether or not we have compatible living habits, so longer stays require a week booking through airbnb and a negotiation after that. Other than that if the space is open please book no need to ask me first.
My Modus operandi is: "if you can't change something change the way you feel about it."
