30 something year old male with a love of music, travel and all things foreign.
An efficient, accommodating host, so don't hesitate to ask questions.
Very neat as a guest.
Seeno's place was really simple, very clean and a perfect place to rest your head. The view is gorgeous (you can see the capitol!) and the neighborhood is quiet with great waterfront view. Just a mere .4 miles to the metro. The bed was SO comfortable. The building is very secure, easy to navigate and residents are very friendly.
Seeno is super responsive/helpful. Great cozy little studio in a quiet neighborhood. Would certainly stay here again!
Best place for staying in Washington!!! Very clean and nice! Perfect location
Great Place. The apartment is a studio but perfect for 2-3 people. Its spacious and clean.
- Nice upscale building in a safe location. The apartment is clean with basic ameneties ( stove, fridge & wi-fi)
- Very convenient to the metro (5-7 mins walk away) , safeway/starbucks right next to the metro if you want to buy any groceries. There are also a couple of restaurants next to the metro if you dont want to go far
- Most monuments are about 5 mins ride away by the metro. Dupont circle/U-street (great restaurants) are about 15 mins by taxi
-Pro-tip : Uber is great in this locality. You can get a pickup usually in 5 minutes
We stayed in Seeno's apartment for three nights. The place was nice and clean and we had everything we needed. Also the location was fine and we were able to see most of the sights in Washington by foot. We did not meet Seeno, but received the key from the doorman of the apartment building as promised.
Seeno was the perfect host.
Although we did not get a chance to meet him he always replied really quickly to our mails and questions. He was Kind, thoughtfull, VERY helpfull.
The apartment was great. Very clean and the bed was SO comfortable ! Good location as well. We did everything on foot :) .
If I return to DC,I would definitely stay at his place again !!!
thank you again so much Seeno !!
This was a pleasant place to stay. The appartment was comfortable and clean. It is very close by walk to the main attractions of the city. If you do not want to be preoccupied about the street parking, there is parking for 24 hours about 15 minutes by walk from the apartment. We didn't meet Seeno, but he answered quikly to our question and everything was always clear. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Washington DC!
Seeno was great host - although we did not get to meet him, his instructions were precise and everything was as he said it would be. He was also very helpful with info for parking (we needed overnight and well into the day, and there's only street parking around). The building also has temp visitor parking (upto 4 hours) - but with limited slots; we were lucky to get one that helped tide us over couple of times.
The apartment is nice, with all amenities you'd need (the AC was very welcome). Very quiet building with a nice view. The National Mall is 15-20 min of a walk, which was awesome. CVS/Safeway are inside 5 min of a walk. If we were to visit again, we'd definitely stay here.
I recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit DC. 3 blocks away from the closest subway, which is the Waterfront stop. In addition, a supermarket, Safeway, is also located right next to the Waterfront stop. Seeno is very quick to respond, very helpful with all of my questions, has great suggestions/recommendations and definitely makes you feel welcome. The studio is extremely nice and spacious, comfortable bed in addition to a sofa bed. No TV, but have internet access...honestly, why would you want to spend time watching tv when there is soo much to do outside. Full use of the kitchen and very quiet neighborhood. It is only 15 minutes to the Maine Avenue Fish Market if you enjoy seafood. The crabcakes are the best. The one thing I really enjoyed was if you just walk outside, there is the southwest waterfront trail where you are able to walk/jog on that has a beautiful view. Also, if you are a baseball fan, the stadium is only a few blocks away. I recommend just renting a bike for the whole day, and explore the city of DC. Also, the one thing that is very convenient is that they have designated bike lanes in the busiest areas so you do not have to fight your way through people or cars. I am glad I found this jem of a place to stay in.
It is a nice apartment in a very good and secured building in a nice environment. Very well positioned. I didn't actually meet Seeno, but our communication via phone was clear and everything went smoothly. I recommend his apartment.
