Superb guest who was easy to communicate with, took great care of our home, and was an over all pleasure to host. Happy to have him back and recommend him to others too.

Jared stayed for close to a month and he was a great guest! Very low maintenance and wasn’t too needy or require a lot of attention. Good communication and observed all the house rules. Would highly recommend!

Although I didn’t get to meet Jared and his partner, they treated our apartment with respect and were easy to communicate with

I did not get a chance to meet Jared, but his party was very clean and easy-to-communicate. They were clear about their plans and returned the apartment in the same condition. It was a pleasure having them, definitely recommend.

Communication was good! Arrived on time, left the house very clean! Perfect guest, would recommend.

We didn't get to meet Grace but did have contact with her. She left the cottage nice and tidy and we'd love to have her back
