Toni was a fantastic host. He collected us from the airport at the beginning of the week and took us back at the end; we enjoyed lots of produce from his garden, home-made wine and he even cooked us a traditional Croatian meal one night.
He was also very useful with restaurant recommendations and which tour/boat companies to use for day trips.
The description of the house was very accurate, the house was incredibly clean and the area was even better than we expected.
He also arranged for us to leave our things with his grandmother up the road at the end of our stay to allow us to enjoy a full day before our evening flight.
We cannot recommend him highly enough!
Super accueil par Toni, dans une maison très agréable avec un jardin magnifique, à proximité de tout. Toni est de bon conseil et nous a donné l'info pour aller à Split en bateau : super !
The house was perfekt for our Family with tree small children !!!
Tony treated us well , and picked us up at the airport !!!
The stay was ; safe , clean and wonderful !!!
You got everything ; close to the sea and close to the Old Town !!!
Toni made us Local grilled fish for lunch !!! :-)))))))
We were given a very nice welcome from Paula (Toni's) wife. We were really surprised by their hospitability (local drink and home vegetables). Both Paula and Toni are very nice and helpfull to inform about the facilities of the accommodation and also with recommendation of good restaurants and places to stay and to see. I really recommend Apartments Paula because of very good location and very kind people as Toni and Paula are. Thanks a lot and hope to see you one day once (website hidden) from Slovakia. Andrea
We (4 adults and one child) stayed at Toni's house for 1 week. The location of the house is perfect - couple of minutes to old town and couple of minutes to the nearest beach. The house was very well kept and clean and there was enough kitchen utilities, towels etc. We spent a lot of time enjoying the sea view in the garden (which was fenced so looking after offspring was super easy). Toni was the best host, he helped us and made sure that all was ok.
Toni is a great host. Welcomed us to Trogir with a fridge filled of nice home made wine and ice tea, along with a bowl of delicious vegetables from the garden next to the house (which you can help yourself too!).
Toni was great with communication, checking in on us and offering really good tips for our visits to Split and Trogir.
The apartment is a nice little 2 bed studio, there is a bigger apartment in the other half of the house. Also have a patio area with tables and chairs to eat outside. As well as this a nice bbq area, supplied with wood.
Good internet & a/c.
Location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from old town. Easy to find by car and secure off road parking.
Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again next time we're in Croatia.
Really great time, lovely host. A great spot and incredible BBQ.
What a wonderful seaside home and host! We were 2 couples + 1 friend. Toni was generous to host us for one night in July 2015 before we set sail from Agana Marina just north of Trogir. We were comfortable in his 3 bedroom + 1 full bathroom home (2 queen/full size beds + 1 single), literally steps from the sea with a lovely grass yard and garden. The home is comfortable and true to the photos/description...and it was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in (props to Toni's mother - this is truly a family business!). Toni checked us into the home, filled us in on local bars and restaurants and sailing destinations, and treated us to his family wine. He also picked us up from the airport himself (twice! We arrived on two flights) and arranged taxi service for us for the next day (it was a busy week with Ultra and Yachtweek). The only bad thing is our stay was too short! I hope to come back to this charming home with friends or family one day soon.
Toni welcomed us with his family's wine, fresh vegetables from the garden, and all we needed to know about the house. He had even set up the wood ready for a fire in the grill, which we used. The house is only 500m from a supermarket, produce market, butchers and a fish market (all together) so it's so easy to cook on the grill and enjoy the beautiful garden and sea outlook. Trogir is across a 20m bridge from the markets, so you can just as easily eat out at the many restaurants there. Toni and his family were very welcoming - we wish we had stayed longer.
We stayed only two nights at Toni and Paula's apartment. But we wish we could have stayed longer because it was clean and bright, and had a perfect location. We had a nice view of the magical mountains from our balcony and short distance to everything we needed. Our hosts were absolutely lovely and very welcoming. We felt very good taken care of!☺
