Silvia was a great hostess that provided everything that her ad said. The condo was very clean and modern in a very green neighborhood with a lot of trees, parks and gardens. Though the building looks a little run down from the outside and from the hallways, the inside of the condo is newly refinished and is a little oasis. Our experience staying there was very positive. The only downside was that it took about 45 minutes by public transportation to get downtown (but a taxi was 15 minutes). She responded to emails and text messages very quickly and was very helpful. Highly recommended!
I had a nice quite night at Silvia's place! Thanks!!
Booking and correspondence with Silvia was handled quickly and efficiently. She was very accommodating to try to handle my schedule re check-in.
The apartment is very bright, quiet and pleasant to stay at.
I used it primarily to sleep there since I was out all day.
Kitchen is very efficient and compact but has full refrigerator, apartment sized 4-burner stove and dishes and cutlery.
I only had breakfast there, didn't cook anything although that is possible.
There is an espresso coffee maker but no kettle - I use a small pot to heat water to make coffee, worked fine.
When I stayed there, it was bitterly cold in Montreal, way below the normal temperature for this time of year. Apartment has very large floor to ceiling glass doors and windows but even so it was always warm, sometimes too warm for my taste.
Location is at the corner of Rosedale and Cote St. Luc.
There is a restaurant in the building but one has to go outside to get to it.
Greek and Italian food; I tried it one night - the food was quite good and s reasonably priced.
There is also a small shopping centre a few minutes walk along Cote-St-Luc towards the west.
