Thanks for your feedback. I hope there is no misunderstanding. As you originally wanted to checkin at 9pm, we hired someone (without charging you any extra) to help you checkin late night. But at the last minute before you flew in, you mentioned about the airport strike and wanted to check in early morning the next day. We still encouraged you to checkin the first night. In fact, it was not easy for us to reach the person we hired and change the time from late night to early morning the next day with such a short notice. Nevertheless we respected your change of mind and arranged the change for you. Wish we could understand why you said that it was not possible to checkin after 9pm. Your other feedback is well taken and we will remind our cleaners to check things before they finish.

We asked if you checked the file and also sent a number of emails to make sure you enjoyed your stay but never got a response. Wish you could have asked us about the information you needed.
